Actor Joseph Vijay who has been flexing his political muscle for quite some time has decided to take the plunge into electoral politics.
As per a report by Thanthi TV, Actor Joseph Vijay has converted his fan clubs / social welfare organization ‘Vijay Makkal Iyakkam’ (Vijay People Movement) into a full fledged political party with the name ‘Agila India Vijay Makkal Iyakkam’ (All India Vijay People Movement).
If reports are to be believed, Vijay has already registered the party with the above mentioned name with the Election Commission of India.
The report also states that Padmanabhan has been named as the party leader, his director father S.A. Chandrasekar the general secretary and his mother Shobha the treasurer of the party.
Official announcement from the actor’s side in this regard is expected soon, the report noted.
