Hindu Munnani Seeks Action Against All India Christian Development Army For Spreading Fake News And Inciting Hatred Against Hindus

Hindu Munnani has petitioned the Kanyakumari District Collector for action against the All India Christian Development Army for filing false complaints against temples in government offices in Kanyakumari and instilling religious hatred.

In a complaint to Kanyakumari District Collector, Hindu Munnani Tirunelveli district sectretary RK Kannan said, “A lot of government buildings, offices, schools and colleges, hospitals in Kanyakumari are built only on temple lands. Hence, we can see lot of temples in government offices and buildings. It is the government buildings that are built on temple property and not the other way around.”

The complaint added,”Since the establishment of the HR&CE Department, not a single temple has been built by the Department. In this scenario, members of the Christian Development Sena have petitioned the District Collector to have the temples in government offices removed, claiming that they were built illegally.”

The complaint stated,”It is abhorrent that such organisations work to sow religious division among the people. As a result, the District administration should take action against the All India Christian Development Army, which is attempting to disrupt law and order by spreading false information.”

The complaint concluded by urging the District Collector to take action against all places of worship that were erected illegally and without proper permission throughout Kanyakumari district in accordance with the Justice Venugopal commission report and court order.
