Leaked of audio of Taliban leader surfaces, Pakistan for creating chaos within Taliban

It seems all is not well in Afghanistan after leaked audio purportedly belonging to Taliban leader Mullah Fazel Akhund who could be heard saying “Punjab destroyed everything” has gone viral on social media.

It all started after Pakistan’s intelligence chief, General Faiz Hameed went to Kabul to sort out the hotly contested Taliban’s cabinet which many factions in Afghanistan did not welcome and according to reports, Mullah Akhund refers to ISI chief General Faiz Hameed recent visit to Afghanistan as “guest (ISI chief) who ruined Afghanistan’s entire future and another war is expecting”.

After the Taliban announced its cabinet it was criticised for not being an inclusive government and leaving out women and other minorities from the cabinet.

Taliban in fact named globally designated Islamic terrorist Sirajuddin Haqqani as the country’s interior minister and as the leader of the Haqqani Network he is still on the FBI’s most-wanted list.

Pakistan which holds several family members of the Taliban leaders as a hostage in its quest for strategic depth put pressure on the Taliban to include people like Khalil Haqqani who is known to be a proxy of the ISI and Faiz Hameed visit to Kabul was not to mediate between the Taliban and the Haqqanis but give the full support of his army to those who are under its so-called positive control.

A while back Pakistan minister Sheikh Rashid had reportedly said, “We are the custodians of Taliban leaders,” adding and we gave them shelter, education, and a home in Pakistan.”

As the landlocked country faces severe shortages of food and other essential items, Pakistan’s ambassador to Afghanistan Mansoor Ahmad Khan informed that his country had sent a military aircraft carrying relief goods including flour, cooking oil and medicine and other relief flights will also arrive in Kandahar and Khost.

EPS’ mic drop moment: Relays DMK MP A. Raja’s comments about resolution against NEET during pressmeet

AIADMK Gen Sec Edappadi Palaniswani Demands DMK Govt End 'Cruel' Use Of Students For Agricultural Survey. stalin anna university sexual assault case eps delimitation

The DMK which had promised in its manifesto that they would scrap the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test as soon as they come to power had failed to do so with students from across Tamil Nadu taking the exam on September 12.

Just a day after, the DMK on Monday (September 13) tabled a bill in the Assembly, seeking a permanent exemption from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

Opposition All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK)  staged a walkout opposing the DMK’s move which is bound to confuse students and parents.

Leader of Opposition Edappadi K Palaniswami alleged that there is no clear stand taken by the DMK on NEET and is unnecessarily confusing students and their parents. He said that the because of the rhetoric created by the DMK through the media that NEET would be cancelled, students couldn’t prepare adequately for the exam.

He blamed the DMK’s politics over NEET for the unfortunate suicide of a student in Salem.

In a witty move Edappadi K. Palaniswami played the video of DMK MP A. Raja calling the resolution brought against NEET as humbug.

After the Taliban victory in Afghanistan, Indian security agencies studying new threats from emerging scenario

After the flash victory of the Taliban Islamic Jihadist terrorists over the Afghanistan Army with support from Pakistan, Indian security planners have come with a new training module on the Taliban and its modus operandi for its border forces and armed police units deployed in the counter-terrorism grid in view of the “emerging” scenario.

The way Kabul fell into the hands of the Taliban last month is now been seen as having a ‘serious bearing’ with direct impact on India’s security and the ground forces and their intelligence setup have been tasked to update both their strategy, tactics, and combat syllabus on the new “geo-political situation in central and south Asia and its grave security implication on India’s borders and the hinterland.”

The directive issued by the security establishment i.e. the national security council headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi a few days back wants a recalibrated scenario where infiltration from across the border from Pakistan on India’s west and illegal entry of terrorist operatives from open fronts in the east may increase including the influx of foreign terrorist fighters.

Now Indian security services like the Border Security Force (BSF) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), state police units, and those involved in counter-terrorist duties like the CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police have to rethink their existing title of the “changing dynamics of border management”.

“This included information on the Taliban as well but it was not updated. That is being added through open-source authentic information and others available in a classified manner to us and the focus is the developments of the last twenty years that took place in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks,” the officer said.

The government is now preparing a thorough training, intelligence, and combat module on the Taliban, its leadership, and their modus operandi. Also, specific case studies are being analysed and new directives have been sent to the central and state police forces which have multiple levels of training centers and academies to train their personnel and officers during induction and while in service.

“It is very important for the last man standing at the border, a check post or under a police jurisdiction to know about the Taliban’s history and linked activities and strategies.

“Senior and top commanders of the security forces may know most of the things about Afghanistan and Taliban situation but they draw their operational strength from the troops or the constable standing on the ground. They need to be informed well,” another senior officer working in the training management division of a paramilitary force said.

The security forces are also enhancing their training quota of personnel for understanding IEDs (improvised explosive devices) and vehicle-borne IEDs (VBIEDs). “IEDs remain a constant threat to the security personnel and their operations everywhere be it anti-Naxal operations or counter-terrorist duties.

“Don’t pass consequential orders”: Assam govt tells Foreigners Tribunals

Assam foreigners tribunals
Representational image

The Assam judicial department has said that it is not necessary for members of the Foreigners Tribunals (FT) to pass “consequential directions/orders” while rendering opinion, reports Times of India.

The views of the judicial department were sent to FT members by the state home department for compliance.

The communication was sent after it was found that members of the FTs passed opinions in “randomly selected samples” while carrying out performance assessment exercise.

FTs, which are quasi-judicial in nature and are unique to Assam, decide the fate of people suspected to be illegal immigrants. Foreigners’ Order, 1964, empowers FTs to only opine whether a person is a foreigner or an Indian citizen.

Those who are suspected to be illegal immigrants according to the National Register of Citizens (NRC) exercise need to appear in front of FTs to appeal their exclusion from the list.

“In the performance assessment exercise carried out by the state judicial department on the basis of randomly selected samples of opinions rendered by members of foreigners tribunals, the judicial department has viewed with seriousness the passing of consequential directions/orders by members while rendering opinion,” Assam deputy secretary of political department Parijat Bhuyan said.

Bhuyan in a communication dated September 4 — with the subject “Consequential orders” — requested FT members to adhere to the views of the judicial department while passing opinions.

Bhuyan also mentioned that “noted that consequential order for deletion of names from voter list, arrest and detention of the declared foreigners, passed. This may not be necessary”. The judicial department also expressed that “noted that consequential order for deportation etc. of the declared foreigners, passed. This may not be the correct approach.”

There have been several instances in which an FT’s ruling has overturned by the Gauhati High Court.

Earlier, it had also been reported that the Aadhaar enrolment of 27.43 lakh people has been on hold, as their biometric details collected before the publication of the draft continue to be frozen due to the current uncertainty surrounding the NRC exercise.

Fingerprints, retina scan and other details were also collected during the hearing of claims for the excluded people to be included in the NRC.

Around eight lakh people who provided their biometrics, and also made it to the National Register of Citizens (NRC) published on August 31, 2019, are struggling to get Aadhaar, and worry about benefits linked to it. In all, 27 lakh people had registered their biometrics, but 19 lakh of these did not find their names in the NRC.

The families of two freedom fighters – Sachindra Nath Bhattacharjee and Kameshwar Bordoloi – were also excluded from the NRC.

‘Actor’ Siddharth abuses netizen for questioning him, DMK MLA joins in

‘Actor’ Siddharth who has been grabbing limelight with his tweets targeting the Narendra Modi government stooped to a new low by unleashing abuses on a netizen who had questioned him.

On September 12, a person named Selva Kumar had took a jibe at ‘Actor’ Siddharth asking if he will slap Chief Minister MK Stalin on the cheek for lying on the issue of NEET as the latter had once told that he would slap anybody who lies even if that person is a public leader.

Selva Kumar had posed this question towards Siddharth as the latter had on April 27, 2021,  put out a tweet targeting Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath saying “Any false claims of being a decent human being or a holy man or a leader will face one tight slap.”

https://twitter.com/actor_siddharth/status/1387038150283776003

Instead of answering the question posed by Selva Kumar, ‘Actor’ Siddharth launched a flurry of abuses in Tamil attacking the latter’s parents as well.

He said “Moodhevi (abusive slang in Tamil), If it is an anger or a doubt, go ask yourself or go ask your dad!” adding other abuses like “poriki pasanga” (scoundrel), etc.

https://twitter.com/Actor_Siddharth/status/1436993262095568899

In another tweet responding to another user who had asked the ‘Actor’ why bother replying to that person he said these “lotus ke baals” (a modification of a Hindi vulgur slang) have been polluting his feed for a while and that he was just ‘cleaning up his feed’.

https://twitter.com/Actor_Siddharth/status/1436994488120094720

DMK MLA from Mannargudi T.R.B Rajaa also came in support of the ‘actor’ while verbally harassing the netizen.

Siddharth whose film career has been going downhill has been putting out tweets against the Modi-led BJP government to grab limelight and allegedly to appease the DMK in Tamil Nadu.

Congresswomen Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib want a resolution that paints Muslims as real victims of 9/11 terror attack

On the eve of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks that took the lives of over three thousand Americans, Democratic party Congresswomen Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib a resolution claiming Muslims were the real victims of this attack, reports Jihad Watch.

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar had once famously said, “Some people did something”, which clearly meant that she did not hold the Islamist Jihadists who carried out this suicide attack and maybe it was a conspiracy hatched by Americans.

As per information posted on U.S. Representatives Pramila Jayapal (WA-07) official government website a Congressional Resolution was introduced to acknowledge the hate, discrimination, racism, and xenophobia that Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Sikh communities across America continue to experience two decades after the September 11 attack.

“We must fully condemn all manifestations and expressions of racism, xenophobia, discrimination, scapegoating, and ethnic or religious bigotry while also finally acknowledging the climate of hate that Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Sikh communities have experienced in the two decades since September 11, 2001,” said the Congresswomen Jayapal who is known for her Hinduphobic rhetoric.

The resolution that was introduced by Ilhan Omar who is a rabid anti-semite and her ultra-liberal cohorts reads:

The resolution puts forward a series of recommendations to support those affected by the hateful profiling and targeting that has occurred during the 20 years since the September 11 attack. This includes:

– Creating an interagency task force to work with community-based organizations to review these government policies, investigate and document their impact, and dismantle those policies which continue to profile and unfairly target these communities.

– Holding hearings by congressional and civil rights bodies to explore the findings and recommendations of this interagency task force in consultation with and centering community-based organizations.

– Allocating resources to community-based organizations outside and independent of law enforcement that center the experiences and demands of Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Sikh communities to support the needs of victims of hate and state violence, including language support, mental health, comprehensive support, system navigation, and crisis response and recovery.

– Calling on the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the National Institute of Health, and the National Science Foundation to work together to study the impact of hate, government targeting, and profiling on physical and mental health.

A while back Somali-born United States Congresswoman from the state of Minnesota, with the support of more than two dozen members of Congress belonging to the Democratic party demanded that the Joe Biden Administration and the State Department create a special envoy to fight Islamophobia.

The ‘achievements’ of DMK government so far

The DMK government under Chief Minister MK Stalin has completed 127 days as on September 11, 2021. While the party and its sympathizers in the media have been portraying as if honey and milk are flowing in the streets of Tamil Nadu, here is what they don’t tell you.

1. The Many U-Turns

– Just a day after taking oath as Chief Minister, MK Stalin imposed a full lockdown, something that he was against just a week before the results,  for a period of 14 days.

– The DMK in its manifesto had promised to reduce petrol and diesel prices by ₹5 and ₹4 respectively. After much grilling, it was announced that the price of petrol would be reduced by ₹3. Nothing has been on diesel prices. When Finance Minister Palanivel Thiagarajan was asked in a press meet about whether the government will reduce fuel prices, he said “Have we put any date on fulfilling the promise?”

– The DMK had promised that it would bring back the old pension scheme for state government employees once it comes to power. However, Tamil Nadu Finance Minister PTR Palanivel Thiagarajan told the Assembly that a decision could not be taken on the implementation of the old pension scheme as the state’s financial situation was dire and that the government will go bankrupt if it gives everything away for free to everyone.

2. The Shameless Lies

– CM Stalin and his son MLA Udhayanidhi Stalin had campaigned across Tamil Nadu during elections saying that the first signature Stalin would put as Chief Minister was to ban NEET in the state. However, students from across Tamil Nadu from different schooling background appeared for the exam on September 12, 2021. The issue of NEET is no more in the hands of the legislature. It is the Supreme Court which has mandated NEET be held as a single entrance exam for medical admissions.

– DMK and its ally MLAs led by MK Stalin in the Assembly passed a resolution against the Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 (CAA) saying it is not in tune with the secular principles prescribed by the Constitution. However, the CAA has nothing to do with Indian Muslims and is applicable only for those non-Muslim communities who had fled Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan due to religious persecution.

– Another resolution moved by DMK MLAs was against the farmer empowerment laws enacted by the Centre. This too is humbug as Tamil Nadu already had contract farming in place with a legislation enacted during the Edappadi K Palaniswami government.

3. Attack On Hindu Faith

– Another humbug in the list of humbugs done by the DMK government is the ‘All Castes Can Become Priests’ scheme and the ‘Tamil Archana’ initiative. Members of all castes are already priests in different temples and Tamil hymns are daily sung in all temples. There are temple where as per Agama rules, the temple priest should belong to a particular community. For example, only Sivachariyars trained in Agamas can become priests in temples like Mylapore Kapaleeswarar Temple, Thanjavur Brihadeeswarar Temple, Malaikottai Thaayumanaswamy Temple, etc. By allowing, unqualified and untrained priests in such temples is an attack on the Hindu faith.

– The DMK government is also planning to melt all gold jewelry donated devotees and use them supposedly for ‘development’ schemes. How about taking the money from Mosques and Churches too Mr. Stalin?

–  DMK cadres put up a stage right in front of a Perumal Temple in Chennai’s Royapettah area and distributed chicken and mutton biryani to people on the occasion of Karunanidhi’s birth anniversary. DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran and Thousand Lights MLA Ezhilan Naganathan presided over the biryani distribution event.

4. Law & Order

– An ‘Amma Unavagam’ located in J.J Nagar near Maduravoyal, Chennai was attacked by DMK goons. Men belonging to the DMK tore down the board with title ‘Amma Unavagam’ and also broke the pictures of the late AIADMK supremo.

– DMK goons in Karur district ransacked a shop belonging to an AIADMK cadre causing extensive damage to the property along with a person getting injured seriously.

– Over 60 families have been rendered homeless in Thiruvottriyur due to atrocities committed by DMK cadres in the area.

– A bakery owned by AIADMK cadre in Vadippatti in Madurai district was completely smashed to smithereens. Police arrested 4 persons including a DMK cadre named Ashok.

– A hygiene worker belonging to Royapuram, Chennai was attacked by a DMK office bearer.

5. Land Grabs

– A piece of government land in Melmonavur village of Vellore district  was encroached by a DMK cadre and was later reclaimed following complaints by locals.

– A complaint has been lodged against a DMK office bearer in Tirupattur district for usurping land by placing a generator in the premises of Tirupattur Lion’s Club.

6. Other Epic Failures

– As soon as DMK came to power, power cuts have become rampant across Tamil Nadu. Electricity Minister Senthil Balaji has been blaming squirrels and snakes for the power outage.

– The government had also announced free travel for women in state transport, a department that is already ailing and struggling to meet finances. Here too, free travel has been allowed only in select buses which has less frequency. On top of that, the ticket fares in normal buses have gone up.

7. The Foul-Mouthed Finance Minister

– Finance Minister PTR Palanivel Thiagarajan has been making news for matter unrelated to his portfolios. While many hail Finance Minister PTR for presenting a ‘white paper’ on Tamil Nadu’s finances, it was nothing but a ‘Yellow Envelope’. Instead of working on the state’s finances, he has been busy picking fights and blocking people on Twitter apart from indulging in singing praises about himself and his lineage.

– He stooped to a new low unbecoming of the position he holds by making disgusting remarks while engaging with a netizen online. He said “Dude… I crap bigger than you.” and went on to call the netizen who took a jibe at him as a ‘scum’, ‘cultist’ and ‘minion’.

– He had unleashed abuses and made personal attacks on Coimbatore South BJP MLA Vanathi Srinivasan.

– Before that, he had picked fight with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev over the latter’s demand for freeing temples from state control. This had led to spat with two other public personalities namely former Infosys director Mohandas Pai and The Hindu’s Malini Parthasarathy.

Well, it’s just been 129 days. We’ve more 4.5 years to go.

Woman who travelled 300 km to meet ‘online friend’ raped by four men; accused Ajnaz, Fahadh, Nijaz and Suhaib in custody

In a sad case of online friendship gone awry, a 32-year-old woman from Kollam, Kerala, who had travelled 300 km to meet her ‘online friend’ Ajnaz, was allegedly gang-raped by him and his three other friends, Fahadh, Nijaz and Suhaib.

The victim had become friends with her rapist over the video streaming platform TikTok in Kerala’s Kozhikode.

As per reports, all four of the accused are now arrested.

The woman was given some drugs and alcohol which left her incapacitated and was assaulted.

Later, 26-year-old Ajnaz and 36-year-old Fahadh were arrested on Friday and remanded into police custody. Nijaz and Suhaib, natives of Atholi, were taken into police custody on Saturday.

The woman fell into the trap when she came into contact via the online video sharing platform TikTok two years ago. On the pretext of love, Ajnaz invited her to Kozhikode to meet him. Once she reached there, Ajnaz and Fahadh took her to a hotel on the outskirts of the city and Ajnaz raped her and then invited Fahadh into the room.

Later they allegedly forced her to drink alcohol and consume other drugs and raped her over and over. The accused also filmed the act on their phones.

But the ordeal did not end there. Two days ago, Ajnaz brought her to a flat and two more of his friends also raped her after drugging her, the police said. After the brutal assault, fearing that she may die, they dropped her at a private hospital and fled.

As per the police, one of the accused has criminal antecedents.

Chevayur police has registered cases under section 376D of IPC and IT Act.

It should be noted that recently, Bishop of the Syro-Malabar Church Joseph Kallarangatt had said that “Muslims use love-jihad and narcotic-jihad to end the non-Muslims.”

According to the Bishop of the Syro Malabar Church, “Jihadis, through love or other means, use women from other religions for misusing, for terrorist activities, or for economic gains. Those trying to prove that there’s no ‘love jihad’ are trying to feign ignorance. It’s not just a love marriage, it’s a war strategy.”

“There is a plan going on to forcefully bring in Muslim thoughts and all Catholics should be aware of this and be watchful,” Kallarangatt had said.

Hostel superintendent in Bihar allegedly forced Muslim girl students to wear the burqa inside campus, Taliban style

burqa bihar
Representational image

In an all-girls hostel in the Bhagalpur district of Bihar, female students belonging to the Muslim community protested on Saturday (11 September) afternoon after the hostel superintendent directed them to wear a burqa inside the campus.

As per reports, the students pelted stones on the gate of the hostel and alleged that the superintendent is trying to impose the Taliban’s Sharia law inside the hostel campus.

“Every time we wear trousers, the superintendent abuses us. She also gives wrong information to our parents stating that we talk to boys,” said Daraksha Anwar, a student.

“It is not easy to wear a burqa in hot and humid conditions during summer season in Bihar, hence, we sometimes wear trousers and T-shirts inside the campus. Whenever she saw any student in trousers or talking to female students who are having scooty, she starts scolding/abusing us,” said Neda Fatima, a research scholar.

Authorities rushed to the spot after the incident. Circle Officer of Nath Nagar Smita Jha, along with a police team, reached the girls’ hostel to sorted out the matter.

However, the superintendent of the hostel denied the charges levelled against her by the students.

“We have taken the statements of the students and the superintendent. The investigation is currently underway. We will submit the probe report to the district education officer soon”,  Jha said.

Last week in Nagpur, Muslim women belonging to the women’s wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Hindi, Girls Islamic Organisation, were distributing pamphlets encouraging non-Muslim girls between the age of 15-25 to wear hijab and encouraged them to ‘spread knowledge of Quran and Sunnah’.

Another DMK promise dissolves as TN students are all set to write NEET

The DMK which had promised in its manifesto that they would scrap the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test as soon as they come to power has failed with students all set to write the exam today (September 12).

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and his MLA son Udhayanidhi Stalin had extensively campaigned across the state that the first signature that they would be putting would be on banning NEET.

But nothing was done for a month with the government also faced with battling the second wave of COVID-19. After the exam notification was released, the Stalin government formed a committee under Justice AK Rajan. It was alleged that more than 80,000 feedback were received against the exam.

Health Minister Ma. Subramanian had started hinting a couple of weeks ago that it would not be possible for them to scrap NEET. The Health Minister started appealing to students to prepare for NEET this year and that adequate coaching be given to them through the School Education Department.

In the DMK’s political game, students have been facing stress as they were kept bewildered about the status of exam this year.

Opposition AIADMK has been hitting out at the DMK for playing with students’ lives and for making false promises. Many on social media have been lashing out at the Stalin government for playing politics using students as pawns.

BJP Tamil Nadu President K. Annamalai sent out a message on social media wishing the students the best for the exam.
