DK Shivakumar, the President of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee slapped a man who had tried to put his arms around him.
In the video which is now viral, DK Shivakumar and the man can be seen walking close together and the former gets irritated and slaps the latter when he tried to put his hand around him.
The incident took place during in Mandya when he had gone to visit the ailing leader MP G Made Gowda. He had asked the camera men present there to delete the footage.
BJP National General Secretary CT Ravi lashed out the Congress leader for his unruly behaviour. He questioned if Congress’ de-facto national chief has given Shivakumar license for violence.
