The Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra on Tuesday (May 26) announced that the construction of a grand temple on the Ram Janmabhoomi has commenced. The announcement was made by the Trust’s Chairman Mahant Nritya Gopal Das after performing puja at the newly built makeshift structure at Manas Bhawan that house Lord Ram Lalla.
Earlier, during the land-levelling work, broken idols of Gods and Godesses, 5 foot Shivalingam, pillars, black touchstone were unearthed.
It was also reported that the trust has managed to fundraise a sum of 4.60 crores during the lockdown period for the construction of the temple.
