DMK’s propaganda video shows P-o-K and Aksai Hind as part of Pak and China

The DMK youth wing helmed by ‘actor’ Udhayanidhi Stalin has been releasing propaganda videos for quite some time in the run up to the Assembly elections. On November 11, they released a propaganda video targeting the late AIADMK leader Jayalalithaa and Vedanta Sterlite in which it claimed that the AIADMK government brought in Sterlite Copper Smelter in Thoothukudi and made the place dreadful for its residents.

The more than 10 minute long video that seems like a scene out of a Tamil commercial film, was released in view of Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami’s visit to Thoothukudi who had come to inspect developmental and COVID-19 prevention work.

In the video, a map of India was shown in which Gilgit-Baltistan (currently occupied by Pakistan) and Aksai Hind (occupied by China) was shown as part of Pakistani and Chinese territory respectively.

This had come under severe criticism with netizens lashing out at the party for time and again exposing its anti-Indian and pro-Pakistan agenda. It is being said that even party insiders are discussing about Udhayanidhi Stalin’s ignorance.

Netizens also made a reference to how Udhayanidhi Stalin’s grandfather M. Karunanidhi gave away Katchatheevu to Sri Lanka when he was Chief Minister to secure his chair.

The BJP Tamil Nadu came down heavily on the DMK and Udhayanidhi Stalin asking whether if they have signed any secret pact with Pakistanis to peddle anti-Indian agenda.
