An Anjaneyar temple is located in Nilgiris, near Uthanapalli, Hosur, in Krishnagiri district. The temple owns 2 acres of State land in Nagamangalam. Recently, a complaint has been lodged at the Uthanapalli police station by Narasihamurthy, a HR&CE inspector, that granite stones are illegally being quarried from those lands.

The complainant has named Shanmugham, a resident of Bengaluru, in the complaint. Shanmugham runs a private granite company. For the past 17 years, he has been illegally quarrying granite stones from the temple’s land. Due to the complaint lodged by Narasimhamurthy, many private players have been caught red-handed.

The government is said to have lost hundreds of crores of rupees in revenue. There are several quarries in the in the vicinity of Hosur, that are owned by the HR&CE department. If the government uses it properly, it can earn a huge revenue from it. The public have said that the revenue can be used for temple renovation and for providing food as charity for poor people.

Case slapped against old man for exposing dead lizard in Pongal package doled out by DMK Govt

Every year, the Pongal gift package that is provided to poor people, works out to be beneficial for them, and helps in igniting the festive spirit. This year, the DMK govt has given a package of 20 food items to all Rice and Family card holders. Across Tamil Nadu, there have been many complaints about the poor quality of items provided by the DMK government as part of Pongal package.

One such complaint came from the Thiruvarur district. In one of the two packets provided at the Sri Subramania Swamy, Fair Price Shop near Thiruthani, the tamarind packet had a dead lizard on it. This incident has stirred up quite the controversy in Tamil Nadu. On the grounds that he has ‘defamed the Tamil Nadu Government’ the DMK government has filed a case against the person who had complained.

Netizens have crtiticised this move by asking whether anybody and everybody who raises a complaint about something the government has done or provided, will be penalised. “How is it fair to register a case against someone who put forth a genuine concern,” some have asked.

Seven sinners who inflicted harm on native Indian religion and culture

A text book claimed “The Advent of Europeans brought Light & Civilisation to India”. But is that really so?

TEACHER is a generic word we have imported from the British.

One will realize how rich Sanatan Dharma & its mother language Sanskrit is & why we have a rotten education system today. TheSanskrit words for “teacher” is based on their unique abilities & these are 6 phases or called it an evolution of a teacher:

  1. The teacher who gives you Information is called ADHYAPAK
  2. The one who imparts knowledge along with Information is called UPADHYAYA
  3. The one who Imparts skill is called ACHARYA
  4. The one who is able to give deep insight into a subject is called PANDIT
  5. The one who has a visionary view on a subject and teaches you to think in that manner is called DHRISHTA
  6. The one who is able to awaken the wisdom in you, leading you from darkness to light is called GURU

I don’t think there’s any other country in this planet which has brutally stabbed its own glorious past like we Indians have done. Even the Chinese didn’t destroy all of their culture during the Cultural Revolution like we have even after independence. Century after century, the Church (Church of England, Church of Scotland, the Catholic churches France and Portugal) have spent billions on India to extract even more billions from gullible donors.

But how?

On one hand, they showed the obscure practice Sati as India mass burning widows, they showed Indians as poor, they showed Indians push their daughters into prostitution, they showed Indians always suffering from diseases without cure, they showed Indians as illiterate and all sorts of poverty porn. And the ignorant Jesus followers out there in Europe, pumped money which subsequently ended up in church coffers.

In between, the church also promoted enmity between Indian kings leading to destruction of each other. In addition, they assisted Portuguese and British in plundering and looting Bharat.

In this article, I’m writing about seven missionaries who were accomplices of Church in their mission to destroy Bharat.

1. AMY CARMICHAEL

Decades before so called Mother Teresa played on poverty of Hindus to make billions, this Irish showed to the Western World that Hindus are Daughter Sellers and Make their living out of running Prostitution.

In 1894, Amy received an invitation from a friend to join the Church of England Zenana Mission in Bangalore and a year later in 1896, Amy went to go live in the Tirunelveli district with Reverend Thomas Walker and his wife who were CMS missionaries.

Amy learnt Tamil, started wearing sari and mixing with Hindu women, and slowly she spread the word among fellow missionaries about an “in” they could use to convert. I quote:

Deeply rooted in the religion was the practice of selling little girls and boys who were unwanted to ‘marry’ the Brahmin temple priests. Amy became increasingly aware of the fact that many Indian children were dedicated to the gods by their parents or guardians, became temple children, and lived in moral and spiritual danger

How she lured little girls to Christianity?

Amy realized that she must pretend to be an Indian and visit the temples herself. She would dye and stain her light skin brown with coffee or tea bags, and her brown eyes helped her fit right in as a Hindu. No one would guess that the dark-skinned woman wearing a light blue sari, which was associated with the lowest caste, the untouchables, was a missionary from Ireland. And what happened to the girls she supposedly rescued?

2. DONALD McGAVRAN

“God wants all people to believe on Jesus Christ, become members of his body, be filled with the Holy Spirit, and live in him. The Holy Spirit leads Christians everywhere in this direction. Anything less than this is not biblical.”

He is widely acclaimed as “the Father of the Church Growth movement,”

Donald A. McGavran was a third-generation Christian missionary in India.

McGavran published The Bridges of God in 1955. In this book he presented his insights on church growth in detail. He states the thesis of the book in following terms, “The era has come when Christian Missions should hold lightly all mission station work, which cannot be proved to nurture growing churches, and should support the Christward movements within Peoples as long as they continue to grow at the rate of 50 per cent per decade or more. This is to-day’s strategy.”

Against the Western model of individual (one by one) Christianization, McGavran speaks in favor of a people-(or ethnic group) based movement to Christianity. He argues, “It is of utmost importance that the Church should understand how peoples, and not merely individuals, become Christians.”

He preferred the People Movement as a better system of Christianization. He outlines, and I reproduce here, (with gratitude), the “Five Great Advantages”of people movements to Christ,

  • They provide “the Christian movement with permanent churches rooted in the soil of hundreds of thousands of villages.”Economically they are independent of Western missions.
  • They also have the benefit of being naturally indigenous. In the mission station method, the convert is dominated by the foreigner and westernized.
  • They have the natural spontaneous expansion of the church. Advocates of spontaneous expansion point out that foreign directed movements will in the end lead to sterility and antagonism to their sponsors.
  • In the People Movement churches the desire to win their own people and the opportunity to bear witness are present with a high degree.

They have enormous possibilities of growth. People movements have both external and internal growing points. Externally they grow among their own people in different lands. Internally they grow among the unconverted within their fold. This growth continues until the disciplining of all people.

Having outlined the advantages of People Movement in Christian mission, McGavran also suggested “Seven Principles “ to use or operate the “People Movement Method” effectively. These principles are as follows,

  • Aiming for a Cluster of Growing Congregations. The goal of the missionary church planter is emphasized to be a cluster of growing indigenous congregations every member of which remains in a close contact with his relatives. This cluster will grow best if it is in one people/caste/tribe or one segment of the society.
  • Concentrating on One People. Here the missionary is called to work with only one people group. This means to invest all the resources (funds, personnel, and programs) exclusively for one caste or tribe. As an example, McGavran himself worked among the Satnamis (Lit., “True Namers,” the leather-workers) of Chhattisgarh, although there were other people living in same villages.
  • Encouraging Converts to Remain with Their People. Here the converts are called to continue to eat and dress like their people. Conversion should not bring outward change! It is also suggested that the converts marry within their people. McGavran insists that converts be encouraged to remain thoroughly one with their people in most matters.
  • Encouraging Group Decisions for Christ. As a means to handle ostracism, usually most effective against one person, McGavran calls for the practice of group (cluster) conversions and baptisms. Baptizing only in groups and not individuals.

Aiming for a constant Stream of new converts, McGavran suggests that missionaries should not spend all their time in teaching (making good Christians or perfecting) the converts. They should keep reaching out to new groups, which he termed “making Christians or discipling”.

3. HENRY GAIKWAD AKA PREM BHAI

He not only built hundreds of small churches but also converted lakhs of people.

Henry Gaikwad hailing from Pune, ventured into Arunachal Pradesh in 1981 as “Prem Bhai”. Since the ban on Christian missionaries was strictly enforced in the state at the time, he used to enter it under the guise of carpenter or butcher, and trekked the scattered mountainous villages baptising many along his path and played a pivotal role in Christianity spreading like wildfire in the state.

4. HENRY HERAS

Reverend Henry Heras, was one of the earliest foreigner to get Indian citizenship and is considered as “Father of Christian Indian Art”. In trying to give a clean chit to Church, Heras defended the church’s brutality over Goan Hindus, saying “Individual cases of violent compulsion might, be discovered which were due to the misguided enthusiasm of individual priests or administrators”.

In his book “The Conversion Policies of the Jesuits In India” Reverend Heras wrote:

The Portuguese Government, which supported the Jesuits, was no doubt a frankly proselytizing authority. It undertook the demolition of temples and idols ; it punished severely any disturbances directed against Christianity ; and it debarred Hindoos from a number of special exemptions and privileges allowed to Christian converts. To this extent its efforts were forcible, and they were rigorously executed.

The aforementioned paragraph was written by Heras to supposedly debunk what Sir Burton wrote in “Goa and the Blue Mountains”, which got published in 1851:

The Hindoos very rarely become Christians now that fire and steel, the dungeon and the rack, the rice-pot and the rupee are not allowed to play the persuasive part in the good work formerly assigned to them.

For Heras, punishing Hindus, destroying mandirs and murthis, and treating Hindus as second-class citizens were not offences which needed introspection.

5. JAMES MILL

James Mill was from Scotland, was ordained as a minister by the church of Scotland.

By 1802, unable to find a parish and disillusioned with a religious career, he “emigrated” to England. There he quickly obtained a position as editor and writer, married, and began to raise a family. To secure his position and to defend the reason behind British intervention in Indian affairs, he began to write “The History of British India”, in 1806, and when he finally finished it in 1918, he had secured the post of an examiner at the imperial East India Company, rising to the top in a few years.

Let us start with some interesting and also equally shocking points..

  1. In the preface. He boldly admits that, Mill neither visited India nor does he knows its languages, and he boldly claims, “A duly qualified man can obtain more knowledge of India in one year in his closet in England than he could obtain during the course of the longest life, by the use of his eyes and ears in India”.
  2. Mill never visited India, he relied solely on documentary material and archival records in compiling his work.
  3. He was the first writer to divide Indian history into three parts: Hindu, Muslim and British.
  4. The work itself, and the author’s official connection with India for the last seventeen years of his life, effected a complete change in the whole system of governance in the country.
  5. The 1st edition of this book happened in 1817 and it saw successive publication till 1997. For 180 years the lies was spread uninterrupted.

Mill defended the brutality of the East India Company with these words.

After all, as he said, “even the utmost abuse of European power is better, we are persuaded, than the most temperate exercise of Oriental despotism […] The wider the circumference of British dominion, the more extensive the reign of peace”.

6. MOTHER TERESA-

They made Anjezë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu a “saint” and gave her a name “Mother” Teresa. For decades, we believed this false narrative. In fact, all white robed individuals were considered as messengers of god.

In reality, she was a publicity-hungry, anti-abortion lobbyist, who deliberately portrayed an unpleasant image of ‘Calcutta’ for her own advantage.

In 2017, investigative journalist Gianluigi Nuzzi, in a book titled Original Sin, published accounting documents from the controversial Vatican Bank – officially known as the Institute for the Works of Religion – which revealed that the funds which were held in Mother Teresa’s name on behalf of her charity had made her the Bank’s biggest client, and they amounted to billions.

Teresa lied by exaggerating the figures of persons she was feeding daily in her acceptance speech while receiving the Nobel Prize in 1979. The ambulances donated by a Calcutta businessman were in fact used by her nuns as taxis to ferry them around in Calcutta. Her nuns refused to pick up dying persons within even 200 meters of the compassion house, but Teresa continued to tell her Western audiences that her mission routinely picked up abandoned babies and the dying and dead bodies from Calcutta’s pavements.

7. BISHOP VEDAKAM SAMUEL AZHARIAH

M K Gandhi, the Peace Loving Gandhi himself was so petrified that he called him post-colonial India’s ENEMY NUMBER – ONE. In his lifetime he had converted nearly 5 lakh Hindus in 40 years. Samuel Azhariah was born at Tootukudi district for a Converted Hindu, his father was a Church Priest Thomas Vedakam who had got converted while studying at Church School. At Madras Christian College Samuel failed in getting degree, joined the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA).

Please read where all he traveled in such a short span of time. At the age of 19, he started rice bag offerings, By 1895, he led YMCA spiritual meetings and in 1902 Azariah traveled to Jaffna in Sri Lanka to evangelize among the Tamils. Later his church sent him to Warangal.

Samuel was growing within the church & his ambition was maximum conversion, for this he established the Indian Mission Society at Tirunelveli, and gave an approval for a proposal, That Fellow Tamil Christians Could Evangelize Among Their Brethren. This is the reason why Gandhi was terrified

Azhariah traveled throughout Asia and met many important Christian leaders, his interests returned increasingly back toward India and the need for Indian Christians to convert fellow Indians, individuals as well as groups. Samuel “helped to lead the Anglican church into its first union with non-episcopal churches since the Reformation”.

His primary concern, however, was always with his local community, so that he “brilliantly adapted Christianity to the local culture — providing a classic model for the Third World of how to mix Christian essentials with the particularities of indigenous culture”.

Orchids Int’l School lodges complaint against 2nd grade student and her father for ‘defaming’ school

The Schools Orchids International in Bangalore, has been in the news for almost a week now, because of the controversial video that showed a young child explaining that her teacher forced all of her students to pray to ‘Allah’ to understand math, and also because he was a better God. Earlier this week, Orchids International let out a statement saying that the allegation was false, giving a clean chit to its teacher.

Following this statement, the 2nd standard student’s father Vikram Simha, let out another video, where the child clearly reiterates how she was asked to pray to Allah, with hand gestures that are generally followed by Muslims while praying. Although the school explained that the child has misunderstood an ‘eye palming exercise’, the child clearly differentiates between the two, in the video.

The father has also shared on Twitter, that when the school and its legal team spoke to his daughter and him, they had recorded parts of his daughter’s conversation for their convenience, even after him showing his disapproval of it.

Now, after all of this, Orchids International has lodged a complaint against the student and her father Vikram Simha, for allegedly ‘defaming’ the school. “A Class 2nd student and the daughter of Vikram Simha, released a video accusing the Orchid International School of pushing a religious agenda. The aforesaid video was discovered by the complainant on January 4th at 02:20 PM, after which the school officials questioned the student about it. The student has admitted to making the video public. In the light of events, the Orchid International School registers a complaint accusing the student of defaming the school. It has caused irreversible damage to educational institutions. Hence, we request you to carry out an investigation on the incident,” read the complaint filed by Orchids International.

Hindu organisation protests against illegal construction of Mosque near ancient Temple in Gujarat

A Hindu organisation has submitted a petition to the authorities in Gujarat, requesting them to take action against a Mosque that was built illegally near a temple. The issue is concerned with the Morbi district of the Gujarat state. There has been backlash from the locals, against the illegal construction of a mosque near the ancient and historic Mani temple in Morbi. These locals are also involved in protests for this reason.

The Mani temple in Morbi is a grand one with sanctums for Siva, Kali and also Rama. The Tradition Conservation Team of Morbi, have given a petition to the Collector, requesting that action be taken against the illegally constructed mosque. The Mani temple is more than a 100 years old, and therefore illegally building a mosque near the temple is hurting the sentiments of many local devotees.

The people of Gujarat have considered this temple as a significant and historic monument because of the history it has. The temple stands as a testimony to both religion as well as architectural excellence. This temple is a matter of pride for not only the people of Morbi, but the entire state of Gujarat. The temple was a little destroyed during the 2001 earthquake. It was then handed over to King Matashree of Morbi. for maintaining this historic structure.

While the mosque itself has been built without the permission of the concerned parties, there are plans to build 2 or 3 more structures in nearby sites now. It is being said that the construction is still being continued with no action taken by the authorities, even though the locals have continuously submitted petitions against it.

Rajesh (29), who was introduced to her through a mutual friend, promised Thenmozhi that he will surely secure her a government job as he has connections at higher levels. Apparently, he told her that he would get her the job if she pays for it.

The girl also took ₹ 4.50 lakhs as a loan and gave it to Rajesh, in hopes of securing a job. Rajesh is said to have avoided the girl by saying that he will secure the job for her soon. He also tried and brainwashed her to bring 5 more people for the job, promising to give her a job as well as commission for brining more people.

He has received lakhs of rupees, as Thenmozhi believed him and convinced many more people to pay in order to secure a government job. Sources say that Rajesh is living a luxurious life with the money he has collected in this manner. Ever since the government changed, people who paid Thenmozhi for the job, have been tormenting her for the same, everyday.

Madras HC refuses to quash FIR against Pastor George Ponniah who used offensive words against Bharat Mata and Hindus

The Madras High Court has refused to quash the FIR filed on Catholic Diocese Priest, Goerge P Ponniah, who was arrested in July last year, for his Hate speech against the Hindu community. The court has found that the derogatory remarks he used against ‘Bharat Mata’ and ‘Bhumi Devi’ is an offence under Section 295A of the IPC.

A Madras HC bench of GR Swaminathan, refused to quash the FIR while also making a few observations about religious conversions. The Pastor was booked for his offensive words against Bharat Mata, Hindu Religious beliefs, and also the PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah, during a meeting at Arumanai on July 18, 2020.

Justice GR Swaminathan observed that is it important to maintain status quo regarding religious demography. He said that while conversion is protected by the Constitution and should therefore be respected, it cannot become a ‘Group Agenda’. “If there is a serious subversion of the status quo, calamitous consequences may follow”, Justice Swaminathan stated.

“Dileep Kumar became A.R.Rahman. Yuvan Shankar Raja is now a Muslim. One of the sons of T.Rajendar has embraced Islam. These are perfectly understandable and no exception can be taken. But religious conversions cannot be a group agenda. Our Constitution speaks of composite culture. This character has to be maintained. The clock of history can never be put back. But the status quo that obtains in the year 2022
as regards religious demographic profile may have to be maintained,” the judgement said.

Pastor George Ponniah was booked under various sections including 143, 153A, 269, 295A, 505(2), 506(1) of IPC and Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897. The court noted that the Pastor had portrayed both Bharat Mata and Bhumi Devi as sources of infection and filth, and therefore article 295A of the IPC can be invoked as it hurts religious sentiments of Hindus.

“Bhuma Devi is considered as a Goddess by all believing Hindus. I use the expression “believing” because, even materialists, rationalists and non-believers also can be counted as Hindus. I may add tongue-in-cheek that even the great iconoclast and rationalist Periyar did not cease to be a Hindu. Bharat Mata evokes a deeply emotional veneration in a very large number of Hindus. She is often portrayed carrying the national flag and riding a lion. She is to many Hindus a Goddess in her own right…”, court reasoned as to why Section 295 A would be invoked for the offensive words used against the Goddess.

The Bench also dismissed the Pastor’s claim that he was just making religious criticism. The court noted that the speech was punishable under Section 153A of the IPC for promoting communal disharmony. Justice GR Swaminathan said, “a reading of the petitioner’s speech as a whole does not leave anyone in doubt. His target is the Hindu community. He is putting them on one side and the Christians and Muslims on the other. He is clearly pitting one group against the other. The distinction is made solely on the ground of religion. The petitioner repeatedly demeans the Hindu community”.

DMK refusing to release white paper on govt school students admitted into medical colleges before NEET: BJP MLA Vanathi Srinivasan

BJP MLA Vanathi Srinivasan Slams DMK Govt for not appointing trustee boards in temples

An all party meeting on exempting Tamil Nadu from the ambit of NEET was convened at the Secretariat in Chennai under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister MK Stalin.

Coimbatore South MLA Vanathi Srinivasan who had participated on behalf of the BJP walked out of the meeting to protest against the DMK government’s stance on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) that is used for medical college admissions.

Speaking to reporters after, the BJP MLA said that NEET does not impact social justice in anyway and that the BJP does not agree with the NEET exemption resolution brought in by the DMK government.

“Political parties, including the ruling DMK, continue to campaign that ‘social justice’ is being undermined by NEET. But there is no truth in this. NEET does not affect the 69% reservation policy of Tamil Nadu. Admissions to medical colleges are happening under the 69% reservation policy even after NEET. Students from Scheduled Caste, Most Backward and Other Backward Communities are not affected in any way. In fact, they are benefitting because of NEET.”, Vanathi Srinivasan said.

“Prior to NEET, Tamil Nadu, only 30-40 students from government schools were able to get into government medical colleges every year. But after NEET and the 7.5% quota that was introduced by the AIADMK government, more than 220 students from government schools have been admitted to medical colleges. Please give confidence and trust the students of Tamil Nadu. Do not confuse them.”, she added.

She also pointed out that it was the Modi-led BJP Government at the Centre that had brought in the 27% reservation for OBC in medical admissions and allowed for writing the exam in other languages like Tamil.

The BJP MLA also demanded that the DMK government release a white paper on medical colleges run by politicians and the fees/donation charged by them before NEET when students were admitted on the basis of Class 12 marks.

“What was the number of government school students enrolled in medical colleges during the 10 years from 2006 to 2016 when the admission of medical students was based on Class 12 marks?” she asked.

She also pointed out the heavily politically biased AK Rajan Committee report and called it as an exercise meant to buttress DMK’s propaganda.

“AK Rajan Committee report says 99% students who secured admissions post-NEET had gone to coaching classes. But the same committee had replied to an RTI filed that they had no such data. This shows that the committee had given a report just to support the DMK’s claims.”, she said.

She also asked the DMK government to start NEET special classes in government schools at the earliest and not confuse students by indulging in politicking.

VCK functionary arrested for attempt to snatch land in Kodaikkanal

2 functionaries of Thirumavalavan’s Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK), one of whom is the city secratary, have been arrested for attempting to snatch 4 acres of land in Kodaikkanal, Dindigal district. Ganesan, who was maintaining the lands, tried to snatch the land from its owners, with the help of the two VCK members. They also attacked the owners of the land.

Ganesan (35) belongs to the Vadakavunji village, near Kodaikkanal in Dindigal district. He was working for one Marina, who also belonged to the same area. 3 years ago, Marina purchased 4 acres of land from Vasantha, who is also from the same area. Marina, who had paid part of the cost to Vasantha, did not pay the rest for the land.

According to sources, Marina and her husband died under mysterious circumstances a few days ago. After their death, Ganesan claimed that the couple did not pay him his monthly salary for the past two years, and therefore claimed ownership of Marina’s land. Vasantha, on the other hand, claimed ownership to the land too, on the grounds that the full amount was not paid by Marina.

In this situation, Ganesan joined hands with VCK city secretary Inbaraj and along with other cadres of VCK, they started troubling Vasantha. On December 23rd, Ganesan, Inbaraj and the VCK cadres went to the land, placed the VCK flag on the land and threatened Vasantha. Allegedly, The VCK members spoke vulgarly to Vasantha and his brother Kanakaraj and attacked them as well. Both of them are admitted to the Kodaikkanal Government Hospital for treatment.

A complaint has been filed against Ganesan and Inbaraj, under 5 sections of the IPC, including, attack with weapons, threatening and trespassing. They have now been arrested by the local Police officials. The police are also trying to find the other members involved in the attack.
