BJP and Hindu Munnani have filed complaints against Christian Pastor George Ponnaiya for slandering Bharat Mata, Prime Minister Modi, and Home Minister Amit Shah, as well as making rabid anti-Hindu rants.
On Wednesday, a video of Christian Pastor George Ponnaiya saying, “DMK won because of our alms, Modi-Shah will die a horrible death with dogs and worms eating their bodies,” at a function jointly organized by Christians and Islamists at a church in Arumanai municipality, Kanyakumari district, went viral on social media.
Following this, the BJP, Hindu Munnani, Indu Makkal Katchi leaders, and numerous Hindu organizations have condemned his rabid hate speech against Hindus.

BJP Legal Wing Asuvathaman and Hindu Munnani have filed complaints with Kanya Kumari Police Station and an FIR has been filed against the accused Pastor George Ponnaiya.
In a letter to the Chennai City Commissioner, he urged that Christian Pastor George Ponnaiya be prosecuted for insulting Hinduism, hurting religious sentiments, instigating religious violence, and speaking against India’s sovereignty.
An FIR has been filed against Pastor George Ponnaiya under 154 CrPC by Arumanai Police, Kanya Kumari. Further investigation is underway.
