Muslim man posing as textile merchant was actually a secret agent working for ISIS

Imran Yaqub Jideli, who was involved in a textile business, has been arrested by NIA officials on charges related to terrorism. Jadeli was using his textile business as a front for terrorist-related financial transactions and has linked to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

In light of this incident, the National Intelligence Agency on Friday filed a charge sheet against the accused. The first supplementary charge sheet was filed in the Special NIA Court in Vijayawada on Friday.

The investigation has further revealed that the Islamic State has been involved in spying in India, using secret spies like Jideli.

Imran Yaqub Jideli was associated with several ISIS agents who have already been arrested. The investigation has revealed that Jideli had met ISIS agents on his visit to Pakistan. Acting on their instructions, Imran Jideli transferred money to the bank accounts of the naval personnel who passed on sensitive information to ISIS agents.

Pakistani ISIS agents have been spying on India, gathering intelligence about security agencies and important military secrets that pose a threat to India’s security and sovereignty. The ISIS agents closely associated with Jideli were indicted in June last year.
