DMK Govt Gives Nod To Prosecute BJP TN Head Annamalai And YouTuber Rajavel Nagarajan For Alleged ‘Hate Speech’ On Christian Missionaries

In accordance with a recent directive from the Supreme Court regarding hate speeches, the Tamil Nadu government, led by the DMK, has granted authorization to prosecute K Annamalai, the state president of the BJP, and YouTuber Rajavel Nagarajan of Pesu Tamizha Pesu channel. This action is based on a complaint filed by self-styled “eco-warrior” and DMK propagandist Piyush Manush.

The DMK government has taken into account the opinion of the state public prosecutor, who has classified Annamalai’s speech as falling within the definition of ‘Hate Speech.’ It has now given permission to prosecute both Annamalai and Rajavel Nagarajan for allegedly causing fear, stirring hatred, or potentially inciting enmity between two religious communities.

Ahead of the Deepavali festival in 2022, Annamalai had mentioned about how Christian missionaries are targetting Hindu culture and festivals like Deepavali by lobbying against crackers.

Piyush Manush submitted a complaint to the Salem City Police Commissioner against Annamalai alleging “hate speech” against Christian missionaries. In his complaint, he alleged that during an interview on a YouTube channel, Annamalai made unfounded allegations and engaged in hate speech, suggesting that Christian missionaries receive foreign funds with the intent of undermining Hindu culture.

He called for appropriate action to be taken against Annamalai under Sections 153, 505 (3), 120 A of the Indian Penal Code, and 156(3), 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code but the police did not initiate an investigation into the case.

Subsequently, Manush filed a case in the Salem 4th Judicial Arbitration Court. The court, upon reviewing his plea, determined that permission should be sought from the Tamil Nadu government. Following this decision, Manush submitted a complaint to the Salem District Collector seeking authorization. The Collector of Salem forwarded the request to the state government. Public prosecutors, after reviewing this petition, have found grounds to initiate a case in line with the Supreme Court’s directives on hate speeches.

With the granted permission, the case in question is scheduled for a hearing in the Salem court on 4 November 2023.

Piyush Manush in an interview Senthilvel, a Dravidian Stockist YouTuber close to DMK regime claimed that it was an NGO having BJP members who had moved a petition in the Supreme Court for cracker ban.

However, the truth is that the (Indian Social Responsibility Network) which has many BJP functionaries had withdrawn its name from the petition. The original application moved by ISRN was limited to NCR only and that for a limited time during the COVID-19 pandemic amidst the repeated warnings of the rising number of cases. The initial request filed by ISRN pertained exclusively to the NCR (National Capital Region) and was time-limited, coinciding with the COVID-19 pandemic, amidst rising cases. Moreover, the plea was not moved by ISRN but by one of the functionaries in his personal capacity.

In an interview to OpIndia, Vinay Sahasrabuddhe who is the Vice Chairperson of ISRN stated that neither he nor BJP is associated with the NGO group anymore.

The National Green Tribunal had ordered a ban on crackers in 2020 based on a petition by one Chirag Jain and Shobit Shukla.

But even before that the main organization which has been lobbying against crackers is one Awaaz Foundation founded by one Sumaira Abdulali.

Aawaz emerged as the leading advocate against fireworks, collaborating with different state pollution control boards to establish an agency dedicated to testing the sound levels of fireworks. They also took the lead in advocating for a ban on fireworks.

It is this anti cracker lobby which used Delhi’s pollution to effect a ban on fireworks across India.

BJP Submits Memorandum To TN Guv Over DMK Govt Harassing And Foisting Frivolous Cases On BJP Cadres And Supporters

A delegation of the Tamil Nadu Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) met Governor RN Ravi at the Raj Bhavan and submitted a memorandum about the targeted harassment of the party’s cadres and supporters by the DMK government through its law enforcement agencies.

The delegation included former Karnataka Chief Minister and current Lok Sabha MP Sadananda Gowda, BJP Andhra Pradesh President D. Purandeswari, BJP MPs Dr. Satyapal Singh and PC Mohan, BJP National Co-Incharge for Tamil Nadu Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy, BJP Tamil Nadu Vice President Dolphin Sritharan and BJP Tamil Nadu State Secretary Dr. SG Suryah.

The Tamil Nadu Police under the current dispensation has faced criticism for arresting and harassing people who post against the ruling DMK or its allies.

Very recently, BJP Tamil Nadu’s Sports and Skill Development Cell President Amar Prasad Reddy was arrested for allegedly damaging the JCB machine brought to bring down the BJP flagpole installed outside State President K. Annamalai’s house.

The Tamil Nadu Police went all the way to Noida-based media house looking for renowned journalist Abhijit Majumder who had written a column against Udhayanidhi Stalin’s “eradicate Sanatana Dharma” remarks. The police had turned up at his place without issuing any summons.

Here are some other recent instances where the Tamil Nadu police have been actively pursuing individuals critical of the ruling DMK:

  • The Commune and its directors faced legal action for reporting on the confrontation between Podu Deekshitars of the Chidambaram Nataraja Temple and HR&CE officials.
  • Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary SG Suryah was taken into custody under non-bailable sections for his comments regarding Madurai CPI-M MP Su Venkatesan concerning a sanitation worker’s tragic death during drain cleaning in Pennadam town, Cuddalore district.
  • An AIADMK IT wing member was apprehended under non-bailable sections for sharing a video meme that humorously referenced MK Stalin’s video statement on Senthilbalaji’s arrest. The meme did not contain derogatory content.
  • Saravanaprasad Balasubramanian, a pro-BJP Twitter user was arrested for sharing an old article and allegedly misattributing DMK to an illegal liquor-producing gang in Tiruppur, following the recent hooch tragedy in Marakkanam.
  • Vice President of Tamil Nadu BJP’s Industrial Cell, Selva Kumar, was arrested for criticizing DMK Minister Senthilbalaji.
  • The admin of Voice of Savukku Shankar X handle was arrested for a video meme targeting CM MK Stalin and DMK Minister PTR Palanivel Thiagarajan regarding the “eligible household” clause in the monthly assistance scheme for women.
  • The DMK government traveled to Gujarat to arrest BJP cadre John Ravi, who had made satirical social media posts about CM MK Stalin and his late father, Karunanidhi.
  • A member of TTV Dhinakaran’s AMMK was arrested for posting a meme mocking the Tamil Nadu sports ministry led by Udhayanidhi Stalin.
  • Political commentator Kishore K Swamy was detained for posts critical of MK Stalin related to monsoon preparations. Previously, he had been subjected to the Goondas Act for criticizing DMK leaders Karunandhi, Stalin, and Annadurai.
  • DMK critic YouTuber-turned-BJP cadre Karthik Gopinath was arrested for raising funds for temples in Siruvachur, Perambalur district, which had been vandalized by miscreants.
  • BJP supporter and political analyst Krishna Kumar Murugan was arrested in connection with alleged ‘defamatory’ posters caricaturing MK Stalin.
  • YouTuber Maridhas was taken into custody for a video discussing Tablighi Jamaat and a tweet related to the late Chief of Defence Staff Bipin Rawat.
  • Naam Tamilar functionary Ganesh Kumar alias Nila Kannan was apprehended for posting an image of the late DMK leader Karunanidhi being served food by three different women.
  • Critic of the DMK, Badri Seshadri, was arrested for his comments in an interview on a YouTube channel regarding the Manipur issue, during which he made remarks about the Chief Justice of India.

These are just a few of many arrests made in the recent past. The delay in the judicial process compounds the ordeal, as legal proceedings have yet to provide full respite in many of the above cases.

“Uproot Hindutva”: Terror Outfit Hamas Founder Khaled Mashal Addresses Kerala Youth Wing Of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind

In a shocking incident, the Solidarity Youth Movement (Kerala Youth Wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind), invited Hamas founding member Khaled Mashal to speak where anti-Hindu slogans were raised.

Khaled Mashal presented a video message of approximately 7 minutes in duration. In his sermon, Khalid reportedly asked the people present at the rally to extend unconditional support to Hamas and allegedly made anti-Hindu comments. The nature of the video address, whether it was live or pre-recorded, has not been confirmed.

Visuals from the event shows banners with slogans like “Uproot Bulldozer Hindutva & Apartheid Zionism”.

Once his address was over, the audience can be seen gleefully applauding and cheering enthralled by Mashal’s speech. Incendiary slogans were raised calling for uprooting “zionism” through intifada were raised.

Reacting to this Kerala Bharatiya Janata Party President K Surendran took to social media X to condemn the incident and termed it “alarming.”

He said, Hamas leader Khaled Mashel’s virtual address at the Solidarity event in Malappuram is alarming. Where’s @pinarayivijayan‘s Kerala Police? Under the guise of ‘Save Palestine,’ they’re glorifying Hamas, a terrorist organization, and its leaders as ‘warriors.’ This is unacceptable @HMOIndia.

It is noteworthy to mention that following Israel’s counter-offensive in response to Hamas’ terror attack, Khaled Mashal, asked Muslims across the world to gather on Friday (13 October 2023) in what he called “the Friday of Al-Aqsa flood” to wage jihad on the ground rather than just in theory. Mashal in his speech had said that the time has come for jihad to be applied on the ground rather than just in theory.

#SorryDMK Trends As Pakistan Loses Once Again In Chepauk, DMK & D Stocks Had Earlier Simped For Pak During PakVsAfg Match

Pakistan found themselves in an unfortunate chapter of their World Cup history when they were defeated by South Africa in a thrilling match held in Chennai on October 27.

An exhilarating cricket showdown unfolded between Pakistan and South Africa in Chennai. The game kept fans on the edge of their seats, with South Africa narrowly clinching victory by just one wicket.

Despite a rocky start and the early loss of their opening batsmen, Babar Azam managed to reach a half-century and stabilize the innings. Nevertheless, after his dismissal, Pakistan’s batting lineup crumbled, leading to their dismissal for a total of 270 runs in 46.4 overs. South African spinner Tabraiz Shamsi played a pivotal role in constraining Pakistan’s progress, claiming four crucial wickets.

In response, South Africa faced a demanding chase. Aiden Markram shone with a score of 91, but the team experienced a steady loss of wickets. Even though it appeared that the Proteas were on track for victory with Markram at the crease, a significant batting collapse occurred, reducing South Africa’s score from 204/4 to 260/9.

Keshav Maharaj and Tabraiz Shamsi demonstrated composure and successfully steered their team to victory.

Keshav Maharaj, who is of Indian origin, expressed his gratitude to Lord Hanuman for the historic win on social media.

https://twitter.com/imKeshavMaharaj/status/1718167005742969295

Several nationalists and pro-India people on social media took to share his picture clad in a veshti at the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Kerala while others pointed out the Om symbol stuck to his bat.

Why Is #SorryDMK Treding?

It is noteworthy to mention that DMK scion Udhayanidhi Stalin (son of DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin) objected to Indians chanting Jai Shri Ram at Mohammad Rizwan when he was walking back to his pavilion after getting out during the India Vs Pakistan match in Ahmedabad.

Many DMK members including DMK Minister TRB Rajaa and other Dravidianists in social media took to simping for Pakistan when they came to Chennai for the Pakistan Vs Afghanistan match in Chepauk (Udhayanidhi Stalin’s constituency). They went out of their way to show their love for Pakistan. Some of them were also rooting for Pakistan to win the world cup.

Even during this match, Sun News (owned by DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran’s brother Kalanithi Maran) took to sharing bytes of a few members praising Pakistani team. The motive of that byte was apparent – to show Chennai as people who support ‘Pakistan’ team unlike the ‘communal’ crowd outside Tamil Nadu. Many noted that the video was blatant in its attempt to generate sympathy towards the Pakistani team.

In the below byte, the first person says “We feel cheated. We supported Pakistan fully.” and went on to claim that the entire stadium supported Pakistan and blamed the umpire call for Pakistan losing.

Following the back-to-back defeat of Pakistan in Chennai, many on social media took jibes at DMK which had simped for Pakistan.

CPI Office In Chennai Attacked Days After Raj Bhavan Petrol Bomb Attack, Concerns Raised About Deteriorating Law & Order In TN

The Chennai Police apprehended four individuals in connection with an incident where they allegedly threw bottles of alcohol and stones at a building housing the Communist Party of India (CPI) office in the T Nagar area of the city.

According to officials quoted in the report by India Today, the four men were found consuming alcohol on Friday night near the building’s compound wall. In an intoxicated state, they reportedly hurled alcohol bottles and stones towards the rear of the building.

A CPI representative lodged a formal complaint with the police, asserting that one of the stones had been thrown at party members while they were conversing on the premises. Subsequently, another stone and a bottle of alcohol were purportedly launched onto the campus. The police were notified and, during their inquiry into the matter, another bottle was thrown at the building.

The CPI claimed that the incident appeared to be premeditated and called on the police to take action against those responsible.

Several hours later, the police announced the apprehension of the four individuals.

The incident also drew the attention of former Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami, who took to his social media handle to address a message to the Communist Party of India. He strongly condemned the attack on their headquarters in Thiagaraya Nagar, Chennai, and emphasized the ongoing concerns about law and order in the region.

He said “In this vidiya (opposite of dawn used by the DMK to emphasize a new era) regime, from individuals to the Governor, political parties including the DMK’s main ally Communist Party of India have no security as demonstrated by the events that are happening on a daily basis. As I have mentioned many times before, law and order is a constant question mark in this regime.”

Palaniswami urged swift arrests and stringent measures against those involved in the attack on the office of their alliance party.

Raj Bhavan Attack

The attack on the CPI office comes just days after the attack on Raj Bhavan. Molotov cocktails (petrol bombs) were thrown at the residence of the Governor of Tamil Nadu, Raj Bhavan, in Chennai. The perpetrator behind this act of terror has been identified as ‘Karukka’ Vinoth who has a history of similar criminal activities and violence.

According to reports, Vinoth executed his plan by siphoning gasoline from motorcycles parked at the Saidapet Court premises. He then transferred the stolen fuel into two containers and ignited them. The incident occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m. on 25 October 2023, near the main entrance of Raj Bhavan, frequently used by Governor RN Ravi.

Vinoth was arrested by the police suo moto under vandalism charges. This led to accusations of foul play, with Raj Bhavan posting on their official handle, insinuating that the investigation was tainted from the start.

BJP TN Silently Kickstarts Mobilization Efforts Ahead Of Lok Sabha Elections: Read Details Here

With just a few months to the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP in Tamil Nadu is gearing up to enhance the reach of the party across the state.

A significant initiative aimed at reinvigorating their organizational base has been launched to galvanize party supporters and voters. The initiative, named ‘Kooduvom Kootuvom’, was kickstarted which saw an impressive turnout, surpassing 25,000 locations across Tamil Nadu and involving over 25,000 individuals.

The primary objective of ‘Kooduvom Kootuvom’ is to re-engage those who had previously drifted away from active involvement in organizational efforts. More than 50,000 individuals, including 1,000 from each district, are being reconnected through this event. Their information was meticulously collected through online forms, capturing crucial details such as names, addresses, prior organizational roles, contact numbers, and email addresses.

Notably, the meetings held at these numerous locations garnered participation from a staggering number exceeding five lakh people. This included a diverse mix of office-bearers, workers, and the general public associated with Sangh Parivar organizations, encompassing the BJP-RSS.

Looking forward, the BJP functionary expressed intentions to broaden the engagement, targeting both reinvigorated members and fresh enthusiasts keen on contributing to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The next phase of the initiative will involve organizing training camps for those stepping up for election duties. Proficient participants will be entrusted with pivotal responsibilities, aiming to galvanize their efforts towards securing victory for the BJP in the impending Lok Sabha elections.

The party has also announced that it would install 100 flag poles every day for 100 days across Tamil Nadu. This initiative too is seen as an attempt to penetrate the party into the hinterlands.

Telangana’s Electoral Chessboard: Congress And BRS Battle For Minority Votes, Will Counter-Polarization Happen For BJP?

Ever since the 2023 election date for Telangana was announced in mid October, it is not surprising to note higher than expected social and political activity in the state. The ECI (Election Commission of India) has confirmed 30 November 2024 to be the single phase state-wide election date with vote-counting likely to take place on December 3, for all the 119 seats to the state’s Legislative Assembly.

First-lists of the three major players have been released – the BRS, BJP and Congress parties, followed by the TDP. In the fray for this year’s state elections are:

– the BRS party (Bharath Rashtra Samithi, formally TRS)
– the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party)
– the INC (Indian National Congress)
– the TDP (Telugu Desam Party)
– the AIMIM (All India Majlees E Itehaddul Muslimeen),
-the BSP (Bahujan Samaj Party)
– CPI M: Communist Party of India (Marxist)
– CPI
– All India Forward Bloc
– Telangana Jana Samithi
– the JSP (Jana Sena Party)
– YSR Telangana Party

Some early poll predictions indicate an advantage to the incumbent BRS party followed by the BJP or the Congress, while other pre-poll surveys claim a triangular fight to the finish, between the BRS, the BJP & the Congress with an edge to the BRS, closely followed by the Congress.

In the second scenario, the Congress and the BJP will stand a chance at playing kingmaker, in case of a hung assembly. With both popular predictions, current CM K Chandrasekhar Rao’s BRS party appears to have a clear lead and an advantage over the Congress and the BJP, both of which are beset with problems of disgruntled leaders, infighting and a lack of solid political strategy, relative to that of the ruling BRS party.

If the BRS does return to power for a third consecutive time, it would go down in independent India’s history as a rare and impressive one, regardless of the reasons for its predicted win. The BRS party is expected to continue its opportunistic electoral partnership with the Telangana-based AIMIM party, hoping to carry the state’s Muslim vote under Asaduddin Owaisi’s leadership.

The Congress is desperate to recapture its minority Muslim and Christian vote, back from the BRS party. It is counting on its popular minority face, Mohammed Ali Shabbir, who headed the ‘Minorities Welfare Ministry’ under the previous Congress government in the undivided Andhra Pradesh state (current states of Andhra and Telangana before the larger state’s bifurcation). Shabbir is reportedly putting together the Congress party’s ‘Minorities Declaration’, hoping to counter the BRS government’s schemes for backward classes and religious minorities which includes a financial assistance promise of a one-time subsidized loan of ₹1 lakh to a member each of a BC (backward class), Muslim and Christian families. The Congress party is expected to release its “minority declaration” soon as part of its 2023 Telangana election manifesto, including a rumored ₹5,000 crore budget supposedly for the welfare of the minorities.

The ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi party had earlier announced an intention to establish ‘Christian Bhavans’ on the lines of the bhavans or community buildings, that it had constructed for different castes and communities.

A conglomerate of the state’s Christian groups are now trying to present themselves as a united, consolidated vote bank, ready to support any “secular” party. They have announced a 25-point agenda which includes a demand for reservations in both government housing and jobs, proportionate to their population and a “special development fund”. It was reported that a delegation of leaders from three Christian groups (Telangana State Federation of Churches (TSFC), Synod of Telangana (SOT) and Telangana Council of Churches (TCC)) recently met to discuss and finalize a “Telangana Christian Community Declaration for Political Parties – 2023”.

Their demands include a budget for addressing their education, health care, employment, skill development and welfare needs. They also demand two minority residential schools for Christian students in each of the 10 districts where Christians allegedly (as claimed by the Christian leaders) can influence voting patterns based on their numbers, grant-in-aid posts in Christian minority institutions, 5 per cent quota in the existing ‘Weaker Sections’ housing, 2 per cent reservation in government jobs, a helpline and emergency response cell as well as honorariums and health insurance for pastors, priests, brothers and nuns. Their tall list of demands include 100 acres of land in the Greater Hyderabad region and 10 acres in each of the district headquarters for Christian graveyards!

It is no surprise that both the “secular” BRS and Congress parties are indulging in heavy minority-appeasement politics and are ready to go to war over Telangana’s Muslim and Christian votes (2011 official census figures: 12.6% muslim,1.3% Christian). There have been several claims and accusations about the actual Christian numbers in the state being higher… but misreported / under-reported during the census exercise, on account of intentional false information or non-declaration by lower caste Christian converts, hoping to continue taking advantage of caste-based special reservations and economic schemes, meant for disadvantaged Hindu groups.

Does the BJP, which has always claimed it does not indulge in minority-appeasement politics, have an advantage with its focus on the Hindu community’s concerns? The BJP which seemed to have an advantage over the Congress until August, when its state leadership changed hands (the state-level leadership of firebrand, Bandi Sanjay Kumar is sorely missed after his transfer to a national-level post) appears to have lost some recently gained momentum and now seems to be on an equal footing with the Congress. The TDP is a distant fourth with all other parties playing small, niche roles and eyeing an insignificant portion of the pie.

In the run up to the polling, barely a month away, the BJP made two significant political announcements over the last few days:

1) The party revoked the temporary suspension of its Goshamahal (a constituency in the capital city, Hyderabad) MLA. T Raja Singh, a popular two-time BJP MLA was suspended by the party in August, after the BRS government directed the Telangana police to arrest Raja Singh under the Preventive Detention Act, when he allegedly insulted Prophet Mohammed in a social media post. He was welcomed back by BJP party workers with much gusto in Goshamahal constituency, which he has won two times consecutively for the BJP in 2014 and 2018.

2) The BJP announced its decision to field the successful, veteran ex-BRS politician and MLA, Eatala Rajendar, to take on the Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao, in Gajwel constituency. Eatala Rajendar joined the BJP in 2021 after a solid eighteen year history with the BRS party, during which he scored many impressive electoral wins for the BRS and earned two ministries in the BRS government (2014-2018: Telangana Finance Minister, 2019-2021: Health Minister). Rajendar was discharged from his Health Ministry post and dismissed from the state cabinet in May 2021, by the Chandrasekhar Rao government, after allegations of land encroachments. Rajendar chose to resign from the BRS party and join the BJP in June 2021. He is a seasoned politician with a winning record, that the BJP has chosen to stand up to the current Chief Minister in the Nov 30 elections.

Will The BJP’s Chess Moves Pay Off As Expected?

The gossip columns speculate that the BJP’s electoral strategy for Telangana is a two-fold one, where it hopes to retain its recent gains in the state including an increase in membership, during the upcoming state elections while focusing on the 2024 national elections where it expects the state’s electorate to consolidate its vote for the BJP in a national capacity and support the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who continues to be regarded as a popular and successful national-level leader.

Anti-Hindu Journo Mehdi Hasan Who Dehumanized Non-Muslims As “Animals” Shares Stage With Congress MP Shashi Tharoor And Rajdeep Sardesai At Tata’s Mumbai Lit Fest

Liberal woke Islamist journalist Mehdi Hasan has been invited as one of the speakers at the 14th edition of ‘Tata Literature Live! The Mumbai LitFest’.. He is scheduled to participate in two sessions, one on Friday (27 October 2023) and another on Saturday (28 October 2023).

Hasan will share the stage with Congress MP Shashi Tharoor who recently spoke at the Palestine solidarity meeting organized by his party’s ally, the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) at the Kozhikode beach, but later found himself mired in a controversy for calling the attack by Hamas as a terror attack.

The former Al Jazeera journalist Mehdi Hasan will be part of a session titled ‘Turn the Tide’ with India Today journalist Rajdeep Sardesai at  ‘The Tata Theatre’, which is located inside the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) premises in South Mumbai.

The event is sponsored by Tata Steel, Tata Motors and is powered by the likes of Godrej and Kotak.

In the website of ‘Tata Literature Live! The Mumbai LitFest, the anti-Hindu journalist Hasan has been billed as “the British-American host of The Mehdi Hasan Show on MSNBC and Peacock” and as the author of the New York Times bestseller Win Every Argument: The Art of Debating, Persuading, and Public Speaking.

Hasan who is a closet terror sympathizer thinks that as a Muslim he has the divine right to have the moral high ground no matter what. In fact, he once said, “Once we lose the moral high ground we are no different from the rest, of the non-Muslims, from the rest of those human beings who live their lives as animals, bending any rule to fulfill any desire.

Though Mehdi Hasan grew up in a very multicultural environment in the United Kingdom, his disdain and sheer hate for non-Muslims has been visible for years. As a very strong debater, he must be acknowledged for providing brilliant intellectual covering fire when it comes to vilifying the other side.

His particular target has been the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who he equates to Adolph Hitler. In one of his tweets, Hasan tried to get the attention of the liberal cabal when he said, “Putin. Orban. Le Pen. We talk a lot in the West about the rise of far-right authoritarians and yet we never mention India’s Narendra Modi and his BJP. I did a deep-dive into India under Modi & new warnings of an anti-Muslim genocide,”.

Without missing a breath, he equated Hindu Nationalism in India with white Supremacy in the West, which is an ideology based on race. He also said that ‘Hinduism’ and ‘Hindutva’ are different which is a line parroted by many leftists, Congress supporters and Dravidianists in India to undermine Hindus.

In 2021, he platformed George-Soros-funded, anti-India activist Sunita Vishwanath to unleash her propaganda against India and the Modi government.

Also, when important donors in the US have made a decision not to give anymore money to universities that have been taken over by left-liberals for their sympathy towards Hamas terrorists, rich Indian business houses, and billionaires have the audacity to invite a man who is a terror apologist.

Many on social media wondered how Mehdi Hasan was even given an Indian visa in the first place.

On the other hand, left-controlled universities in the US have banned many speakers like Jordan Peterson from giving lectures because of their political ideology, and in India, the liberals have done this time and again to stifle the voice of Hindus like Vikram Sampath and J Sai Deepak at various events.

5 LeT Terrorists Eliminated In J&K, Govt To Increase Investment In Drone Surveillance

After Indian security forces eliminated five Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists in an encounter on Thursday, 26 October 2023, foiling an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, India is enhancing its border security by deploying an extensive drone-based surveillance system to deter unforeseen attacks, similar to those witnessed in Israel involving Hamas.

The Kashmir Zone Police said, “Based on intelligence input generated by Kupwara Police, an infiltration bid was successfully foiled in a joint operation launched by Police and Army along the Line of Control in Machil Sector of Kupwara district. In this swift and coordinated operation, five unidentified terrorists linked with proscribed terror outfit LeT were neutralized.

Already on regular bases, drones are used to smuggle drugs and weapons into Punjab to revitalize the Khalistani issue. Also, this will be the last bid for infiltration before winter sets in the Jammu and Kashmir region.

Recently, defense officials in India held discussions with six domestic drone surveillance vendors, and they are expected to make an official announcement next month. Implementation of the system in certain border regions may begin as early as May.

The decision to continually monitor India’s borders is a response to the ongoing tensions with neighboring China and Pakistan, particularly in the Himalayan region. These tensions have become more significant in light of the conflict in Ukraine, prompting the Indian government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to reevaluate its military preparedness, priorities, and armaments. Additionally, the surprise attack by Hamas in Israel has expedited the implementation of some suggested security measures in India.

In the past, India has faced surprise attacks, such as the 2008 Mumbai attacks carried out by assailants from Pakistan. These attackers infiltrated Mumbai by sea and launched a siege on key landmarks, resulting in the loss of 166 lives.

Furthermore, India has raised concerns about the use of drones for smuggling weapons and drugs across its western border. The development and deployment of the surveillance system could take up to 18 months, with an estimated annual cost of approximately $500 million. High-Altitude Pseudo Satellites (solar-powered drones with long endurance) will be used in this system, serving as both backup for traditional radar networks and providing real-time imagery to local command centers.

The drones used and the supporting software will be domestically developed as part of India’s efforts to boost local production in its military modernization initiative, which is striving for greater self-sufficiency and reduced reliance on foreign weapon platforms. Once implemented, this surveillance system is expected to cover the entire 14,000 miles (22,531 kilometers) of India’s land borders and coastline, providing constant monitoring. Previously, India had leased two drones from the United States for surveillance and reconnaissance during border tensions with China in 2020.

The Curious Case Of ‘Karukka’ Vinoth: A Pawn In DMK’s Toolkit?

Karukka Vinoth has been in the news for the past few days for having thrown Molotov cocktails (petrol bombs) at the Tamil Nadu Governor’s residence in Chennai on 25 October 2023.

A YouTube video by political commentator Maridhas throws light on this individual and also questions his alleged connections with the ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK). Here are some points that Maridhas shares in his video.

Karukka Vinoth threw the petrol bombs to protest against the NEET exam. While this can come across as funny, there is something more than meets the eye behind this attack.

The Governor’s residence – Raj Bhavan is located on Sardar Patel Road. On either side of the residence, the nearest landmark or bus stop is about 1-2km away. On one side is the Madhya Kailash temple junction which leads to OMR/Adayar and on the other is the Guindy junction which would lead further to the Chennai-Trichy Highway.

On the other side, the road leads to the Saidapet High Court. The bus stops are located at these points and not anywhere near the Raj Bhavan. There are no shops or big offices in the vicinity and the area is filled with trees as the Guindy National Park and the Anna University, IIT Madras premises. The whole road near the Raj Bhavan does not have pedestrian movement, one can only find vehicular movement since it is one of the arterial roads of the city and the Raj Bhavan junction is an important point. He also shows in his video that the gate and the area near the gate to the residence (Raj Bhavan) is barricaded heavily.

Maridhas in his video rightly points out that there are no TASMAC outlets anywhere nearby. So that brings us to the question – how did a “drunk” Vinoth walk all the way from a liquor shop to the Raj Bhavan that too with Molotov cocktails in hand.

Looking at his appearance, any security officer would have stopped him (since he was allegedly walking) even before he threw the first bottle.

What The CCTV Footage And Visuals Released By TN Police Tells

Amidst the controversy, the Tamil Nadu police released CCTV footages and few pictures of Karukka Vinoth walking all the way to Raj Bhavan with a black plastic bag in hand presumably containing the already made petrol-bombs. Visuals of what seems like a phone camera recording showing police running towards the Karukka Vinoth as he attempts to throw the bomb was also released.

The CCTV footage that was released by the Tamil Nadu Police showed different footages of Karukka Vinoth walking near Hotel Rain Tree, Teynampet, Nandhanam Signal, Nandhanam Arts College, Kalaignar Arch, Saidapet, Saidapet Bridge, Little Mount, LDG Road, Little Mount, Talk Office Road, Saidapet Court.

According to the CCTV footage released by Tamil Nadu Police, Karukka Vinoth can be seen walking near Nandanam Arts College with the black plastic bag at 11:24 AM.

He is seen near Kalaignar Arch in Saidapet at 14:14 PM and crosses Saidapet bridge at around 14:16 PM.

From Map 1, we can see that it takes only half an hour to walk from Nandanam Arts College to Kalaignar Arch. But Karukka Vinoth who was seen at Nandanam Arts College at 11:24 AM is seen at Kalaignar Arch only at 14:14 (2 hours, 50 minutes later).

At 14:26 PM, he is seen at Taluk Office Road but the black plastic bag that he was carrying in his hand is missing.

From Map 2, we can see that it takes around 13 minutes to walk from Kalaignar Arch to Taluk Office Road which matches with Karukka Vinoth being spotted at Taluk Office at 14:26 PM.

The following questions arise from the CCTV footage released by Tamil Nadu Police:

1. From where did Karukka Vinoth start his journey?

2. Where was Karukka Vinoth between 11:24 AM and 14:14 PM?

3. How come a history sheeter who was released on bail just a few days ago for a similar offence can walk around like that?

4. The ‘saffron’ colour shirt and blue jeans that he wears looks new. Is this co-incidence or was he ‘given’ a ‘saffron’ coloured shirt to give a certain angle to his act?

5. It seems to show that the police were waiting for Vinoth to stop throwing the bombs before he could be apprehended

6. Who is the man in black t-shirt with a helmet?

7. What is perplexing is that how can someone who is supposedly “drunk” do all this systematically? Why were the police missing at the gate at that instant?

Who Is This Karukka Vinoth?

When digging into the history and background of Karukka Vinoth, we come across an incident involving a Gandhian named Sasi Perumal from Kanyakumari. This person is known to have protested against liquor consumption all his life. He sat on a protest asking the government to close down all TASMAC outlets. During this protest, Sasi Perumal passed away on 31 July 2015.

The news of his death spread like wildfire across Tamil Nadu prompting the then opposition party, the DMK to vow to protest the closure of TASMAC outlets in TN on 10 August that year. DMK-led protests were conducted on this day in several districts across the state and witnessed the participation of many high-profile DMK leaders such as MK Stalin, Kanimozhi, etc. Surprisingly, Kanimozhi made a statement in that protest. She said that TASMAC was responsible for the increasing number of widows in the state and that once DMK comes to power, they will shut down all the TASMAC outlets. Stalin also made similar statements during the protest.

Whether they actioned those promises is a story for another day. But what is interesting is that just a few days before the 10 August protest by the DMK, 46 outlets across the state were razed down or burned down by miscreants. There was an uproar everywhere in the state.
In some of these locations, petrol bombs were thrown and some of the outlets were subjected to arson and this is where Karukka Vinoth’s name pops up.

He threw a petrol bomb at a TASMAC outlet in T Nagar and was arrested for the same. It is this very same Karukka Vinoth who was allegedly heavily “drunk” and threw the petrol bombs.

Maridhas says that at the time of the 2015 protests, it was widely believed that these riots were pre-planned. They did not collide with the death of Sasi Perumal but due to political reasons, there was a need for people to protest against the ruling party. For that reason, Sasi Perumal’s death was used as an excuse. These were some of the doubts that arose during that time. If such a doubt arose, then the authorities would have looked into the people behind it and the prominent faces behind them would have been identified.

Now coming to the next incident involving Karukka Vinoth. In February 2022, the dates for the NEET exam were announced. Just a week or so before that, a petrol bomb was hurled at Kamalalayam, the headquarters of the TNBJP. The news that was reported at that time was that the same Karukka Vinoth who was identified as the perpetrator wanted to protest against NEET – he alleged that the NEET exam was happening only because of the BJP, so he committed the act.

Maridhas explains that around this time, DMK had a huge responsibility – they had promised to do away with the NEET exam and this question was being asked everywhere. To divert people’s attention from this, the said incident was orchestrated. The journalists in the state also played along with the alleged plan.

Coming to the present, on 21 October 2023, Udhayanidhi Stalin launched a campaign to petition the centre to do away with the NEET exam. Maridhas alleges that since the same thing repeated this time, the Raj Bhavan petrol bomb attack was formulated. Karukka Vinoth, missing all these days, comes out of prison and the next day he appears at the Raj Bhavan with the petrol bombs. Maridhas questions whether he was brought out of prison for this task or whether anyone helped him get out of prison to complete this task. These questions do not arise only because of the Raj Bhavan incident but the history of the said person. Maridhas alleges that the centre point of all these incidents has been the DMK and one can question their involvement in all the listed incidents.

Now coming to the aftermath of the Raj Bhavan incident – after Vinoth was arrested, if one observes how the government behaved, Maridhas alleges that one can find a pattern.

Sun News trivialised the incident by claiming that the petrol bomb was hurled outside the premises rather than inside. Maridhas tries to find the logic in this statement by asking, “If someone throws a petrol bomb at your house, you are supposed to say that it fell at your gate or door and not inside your house.” Maridhas alleges that with such a news report, one can smell something fishy going on in the background.
In the same report, Sun News says that the perpetrator had been arrested but the Raj Bhavan X handle claimed that he escaped from the place.

Maridhas points out that the police did not register Raj Bhavan’s complaint as an FIR, instead, they filed a suo moto complaint of vandalism in a simple FIR and remanded the perpetrator to custody, and presented before a magistrate late evening and remanded him to jail.

This attack on Raj Bhavan is being trivialized by many saying that it it is just a “petrol bomb”, it did not go inside the Raj Bhavan and what not!

There seems to be a larger conspiracy behind this entire episode. Hence, only an investigation by a national security agency like the National Investigation Agency (NIA) can bring out what the Dravidian Model government is trying to hide.
