Sabarimala Pilgrims Stand In Queue For Long Hours As Temple Faces Chaos Amidst Overcrowding; Girl Collapses & Dies

Pilgrims at the Sabarimala Ayyappa temple found themselves in a tumultuous situation, expressing anger towards the Kerala Police and the Travancore Devaswom Board due to extensive delays lasting over 12 hours in the queue. Despite attempts to manage the influx by limiting virtual queue bookings to 80,000 per day, the strategy has fallen short, leaving devotees from various states enduring prolonged waits for darshan.

“I spent five hours on the road to the temple when they blocked the traffic. Now, I am waiting in the queue to have darshan for 14 hours,”  a frustrated pilgrim said to Manorama News. Many pilgrims, including elderly individuals and children, reported discomfort as they got caught in the rush at the temple.

Tragedy struck on Saturday, 9 December 2023, when a girl collapsed and lost her life while waiting in the queue. In response, the Devaswom Board reinstated the special access queue for the elderly and children a day after the tragic incident. Despite a High Court order for the reinstatement of the queue system, no action had been taken since the beginning of the pilgrimage season.

Following the restoration of the special queue, a board was displayed, announcing the opening of Queue 9 exclusively for the elderly, children, and differently-abled individuals. Special seatings were arranged accordingly. However, reports from Manorama News revealed a violation of the special queue system, with pilgrims of all ages and health conditions found in line. The temple’s queue blocks were observed to be crowded, contrasting with the situation at Sannidhanam.

In 2022, the Travancore Devaswom Board reduced waiting times for people in special queues by two hours when the number of devotees exceeded 100,000. Despite the current pilgrim count being below this threshold, both the Devaswom Board and the police have struggled to manage the rush effectively. Responding to the mismanagement of crowds, the Devaswom Board decided on Saturday to cap virtual queue bookings at 80,000 per day. The temple witnessed an increase in rush as a substantial number of pilgrims ascended the hill shrine using the spot booking facility.

Local media reports have said that the crowd management has gone for a toss due to limited stationing of security personnel this time. Many have complained of dismal state of affairs with not even proper drinking water facilities available.

It has been reported that, many pilgrims have been returning without having a darshan of Ayyappa at the Sannidhanam. People with children and elderly have had a horrendous experience.

“Devotees Created Ruckus And Attacked Staff”: HR&CE Dept Says After Viral Video Of Bloodily Injured Ayyappa Devotee Surfaces

December is a month when temples in the south of India sees a huge influx of Ayyappa devotees who either on their way to or way back visit temples in Tamil Nadu. The Srirangam Ranganathaswamy temple is one among the many temples they visit in large numbers.

It is alleged that a scuffle broke out between the devotees standing in line for darshan and Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) department officials as a group of Ayyappa devotees were chanting Govinda Govinda.

According to report by Hindustan Times Tamil, an official was appointed by the temple management to control the burgeoning crowd. More than 30 Ayyappa devotees from neighbouring states who had been waiting for quite some time were scrambling to get the darshan of the lord and were chanting “Govinda Govinda” in devotion. The temple official there asked them not to shout “Govinda Govinda” and asked them to stay silent. As they tried to go ahead and have darshan of the deity chanting “Govinda Govinda”, it resulted in chaos.

An argument broke out between the guarding officials and the devotees which soon escalated into a scuffle.

In the altercation, a devotee named Chenna Rao suffered a broken nose, with blood spilling near the moolasthanam. The temple was later closed for reparative prayers, and devotees filed complaints against guards. Another complaint was filed by the guards against the devotees who were from the neighbouring states.

This news of this incident started spreading in social media circles and the HR&CE department has offered an explanation as to what is said to have happened inside the temple. They stated, “34 devotees from Andhra Pradesh hit the hundi with a loud bang and also attacked the temple workers; they grabbed his hair and banged it on the hundi. They did not allow the other devotees to have proper darshan, hence a complaint was made to the police department.”

MK Stalin, Udhayanidhi Stalin Rally Behind DMK MP Abdulla Who Quoted EVR And Called For Kashmir’s “Right To Self-Determination” On Racial Basis

DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and his Minister son Udhayanidhi Stalin have extended support to DMK MP MM Abdulla who had quoted EV Ramasamy Naicker (hailed as ‘periyar’ by his followers) and called for Kashmir’s “right to self-determination” (read secession) on racial basis.

On a day when the Supreme Court of India upheld the abrogation of Article 370 by the Narendra Modi government, I.N.D.I. Ally DMK MP MM Abdullah made a shocking statement on the floor of Rajya Sabha that borderline called for Kashmir’s secession on racial basis.

Quoting anti-Hindu and anti-India Dravidian demagogue EV Ramasamy Naicker (hailed as ‘Periyar’ by his followers), the DMK MP said “Every race has the right to self-determination. It is applicable for Kashmiri people as well.”

The Vice President of India (Rajya Sabha Chairman) Jagdeep Dhankar slammed the DMK MP for his remarks and said that it would be expunged.

In light of this, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin condemned and took objection to the expunging of EVR’s racist quote from the proceedings of the House. On the other hand, he steered away from whether he approved of the DMK MP’s call for “right to self-determination” on racial basis and instead made his condemnation about the freedom of expression.

When DMK MP Abdulla was speaking, he quoted Periyar which was opposed by the BJP. Periyar’s name too has been expunged. Freedom of speech and expression has been strangled in the Parliament itself! It is shame that Periyar’s name has been removed from the Parliament where once former PM VP Singh mentioned that Periyar was reason for Mandal Commission. Let us use Father Periyar’s name, which remains in people’s minds and threatens the communalists even today, anywhere – always – in any context! Everyone use it!“, MK Stalin wrote in his social media.

His son Udhayanidhi Stalin said “Quoting the opinion of the rational Pagalavan Father Periyar, the Rajya Sabha member of DMK Abdulla spoke in the Parliament which has jittered the fascists. Father Periyar’s name and quote from Abdullah’s speech have been removed from the parliamentary notes. We strongly condemn this. Father Periyar’s name can only be removed from their memory, and his name can never be removed from the memory of the people. Let us soon put an end to these fascist atrocities against parliamentary democracy and freedom of expression.”

Sabarimala Ayyappa Pilgrims Allegedly Assaulted By HR&CE Staff At Srirangam Temple, BJP TN Head Annamalai Announces Protest

As preparations are underway for the Vaikunta Ekadasi on 23 December 2023, the Srirangam Ranganathaswamy Temple has been seeing a large influx of crowd and with the onset of Sabarimalai season, many Ayyappa devotees from across southern part of India have been flocking to the temple on their way.

A group of 30-35 Sabarimala pilgrims from neighbouring states of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka who had come to the Srirangam temple were allegedly attacked by the staff of Tamil Nadu government’s Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) department after being unable to control the crowd influx.

At that time, one man named attack on Chenna Rao was attacked where in his nose was broken and blood was dripping. In a viral video shared by temple activist Rangarajan Narasimhan, blood can be seen spilled all over near the moolasthanam with the injured man sitting in protest near the moolasthanam demandin action against officials.

The temple management who came then negotiated with Chennai Rao and a few other devotees from Andhra Pradesh and took them to the police station.

The devotees from the neighbouring states have filed complaints demanding the arrest of the temple guards who attacked them and the temple guards also filed a complaint demanding action against the devotees who attacked them.

As blood was spilled inside the temple near the moolasthanam, the temple was closed for reparation prayers (punyavachanam) and was opened after some time.

Condemning the incident, BJP Tamil Nadu President K. Annamalai lambasted the DMK government and the HR&CE department.

The Iyyappa devotees questioned the long wait in the queue and special treatment to a select few who were assaulted near the sanctum sanctorum & which resulted in bloodshed inside the Temple premises. This arrogance of the HR&CE department is one of the many reasons why BJP Tamil Nadu  has been wanting them out of Temple administration.“, Annamalai said.

He also announced that the Trichy unit of the BJP would protest against the HR&CE Department saying “BJP Tamil Nadu’s Trichy district unit will today hold a protest outside the Srirangam Ranganatha Swamy Temple against the TN HR&CE department, demanding the strictest action against those spoiling the sanctity of the Temple.

Of late, the glorious Srirangam temple has been hitting the news for all the wrong reasons.

On 8 December 2023, a lorry, purportedly owned by the Trichy City Corporation, attempted to navigate through one of the gopurams on the western side of the temple and caused serious damage to the ancient wall reliefs.

But due to the width of the lorry, it was unable to enter and got stuck halfway. When the lorry was driven backwards, it scraped through the wall carving leaving it seriously damaged.

In August 2023, a segment of the eastern entry tower at Srirangam Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple collapsed.

“Would’ve Wrapped In Shroud If Parents Had Asked”: DMK Health Min Says On KMC Handing Over Stillborn Baby’s Body In Cardboard Box, Mortuary Staff Suspended

In a heart-wrenching incident amidst the devastating Chennai floods, a 20-year-old woman, Sowmya, delivered a stillborn baby at home on 6 December 2023 as they could not go to a hospital owing to the floods in their locality, Pulianthope. Despite desperate attempts to find an ambulance, the inundated neighbourhood posed insurmountable challenges. The family’s anguish continued after the stillborn delivery. With no means to sever the umbilical cord and unable to secure an ambulance, compassionate neighbors used a cycle rickshaw to transport the mother and child to G3 hospital. Encountering locked gates and unresponsive staff at G3, they sought help at Muthu Hospital, where treatment was reluctantly administered after police intervention.

Amidst the family’s distress, the tragedy deepened at Kilpauk Medical College and Hospital (KMC). Disturbingly, on December 10, the grief-stricken father, Masood, a daily wage worker, received the stillborn baby’s body in a cardboard carton. Masood alleged that hospital staff demanded a bribe of ₹2,500 for the baby’s cremation, a fee he couldn’t afford.

Meanwhile, the mother, Sowmya, remains hospitalized and is undergoing treatment. The baby girl’s body was transferred to the hospital mortuary following a comprehensive examination by the paediatrician. Shockingly, after a police inquiry, the body was handed over to the father on December 10, without any proper shrouding, highlighting a lapse in the hospital’s procedures.

In response to the distressing incident, a staff member of Chennai’s Government Kilpauk Medical College Hospital has been suspended.

The Dean of KMC, R Muthuselvan, has formed a three-member panel of senior doctors to investigate the incident. The hospital, responding to media reports, suspended the staff involved on Monday (11 December 2023). Dr. Muthuselvan stated that the committee, instructed by the Director of Medical Education and Research, aims to examine why the staff failed to use appropriate wrapping materials, despite the availability. The hospital emphasized that corrective actions, including staff suspension and departmental action, have been taken.

Talking to the press on the matter, Minister M. Subramanian stated, “The parents requested to give the mortal remains of their child without post-mortem. It is customary to tie white cloth all over the body during an autopsy. But if the parents had asked to wrap the child’s body with cloths, we would have given it. They didn’t ask for anything,”.

TN BJP’s “Anniyan” Returns With Theemai Kadhaigal Episode 5, Exposes DMK’s Failure In Chennai Floods

The Tamil Nadu Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released the fifth episode of its video series, “Theemai Kadhaigal,” leveraging the iconic vigilante character, ‘Anniyan,’ from the eponymous Tamil blockbuster. The video takes a strong stand, using Anniyan as a powerful metaphor to underscore the DMK government’s neglect towards the people of Chennai during the recent floods.

Opening with Anniyan addressing the citizens of Chennai, he declares, “Vanakkam Chennai people, if you are watching this video, then we assume that you’re safe. This week marks a dark chapter in the history of Chennai.” Anniyan goes on to attribute the aftermath of the flood to the incompetence of the elected Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam government in the state.

Highlighting the historical support Chennai has provided to the DMK, Anniyan points out that out of the eight mayors in Chennai since 1965, seven of whom have been from the DMK, including the current Chief Minister, M.K. Stalin. Speaking about the aftermath of the cyclone Michaung and the floods, the video shows clips of Chennai residents crying in hunger during the floods, depicting the struggles of people trying to obtain essential supplies like milk.

Anniyan condemns the DMK for its poor handling of the crisis, narrating instances where citizens protested on the streets for basic needs, only to face insults from DMK functionaries. The video captures the defiance of the people of Puliyanthope, who rejected food supplies provided by the government. Anniyan criticises the DMK IT wing for verbally attacking those seeking help online and alleges that DMK supporters went as far as threatening journalists who questioned the government in a Twitter space.

The video somberly lists the lives lost in the floods due to the government’s alleged failure to provide necessary medical facilities. Anniyan accuses the DMK of spreading misinformation, asserting that instead of saving lives, the government was busy disseminating fake news to the press, falsely claiming that Chennai had returned to normalcy.

Anniyan raises pertinent questions about the government’s promises, particularly pointing to the purported rainwater flood canal that the DMK claimed to have built with a budget of ₹4000 crores. He questions the authenticity of the canal’s existence, especially since the recent floods exposed the unpreparedness of the government. Anniyan challenges the government on its failure to provide assistance, ensure the availability of basic needs, and employ modern technologies like drones, which other states have utilised during disasters.

Anniyan concluded the video by saying, “DMK is purposefully using Chennai people only as election machine.”

How Bharathiyar Exposed The Dravidian Movement

The Dravidian movement detests the liberal, feminist, egalitarian poet Bharathi, not just due to his Tamil Brahmin caste, but also because Bharathi was razor sharp in identifying and getting to the root of this movement. A thread on Bharathi exposing the “Dravidian/NonBrahmin movement”

Right from Kuthoosi Gurusami to EV Ramasamy Naicker (hailed as ‘periyar’ by his followers) to Maniyammai, all of them have written critical articles on Bharathi.

EVR said Bharathi’s writings were blabberings that lacked rationality and practicality. Kuthoosi Gurusami said his poems are akin to “Unsold Omapodi, foul Smelling Boondi”

Why do they hate him so much – ideally their values of egalitarianism, feminism should be aligned right? Nope. Bharathi called out their hypocrisy. In 1917, Bharathi wrote: “This Non Brahmin revolution will dampen on its own with time cuz it is not based on truth”

He continues: “Most are in this movement not for removing comm differences, but for getting posts in Govt, Zilla or Taluka Board, Municipalities and the Assembly. There is no such group called Non Brahmins. If being divided as one group is a fault, it is not the fault of Brahmins alone”

Bharathi dismisses how newer meanings were being mischievously added to the words Arya and Dravida, to create this artificial divide between Brahmins and the newly concocted group called Non Brahmins. He identified the falsehood and the real motivations of the movement pretty quickly.

Also… Also in his 1920 article, he got to the root of the issue: how the Nb movements had their roots in missi0naries.
“Since Brahmins are the guardians of H!nduism, these missi0naries who want to uproot Hinduism & spread Christianity wants the Non Brahmins to antagonize & hate the Brahmins” Spot on analysis!

Not only was he a fierce patriot, he was also a true Sanatani who wanted to re-establish the OG discrimination free H-ism, not fall into hands of missionaries for personal profiteering. He selflessly fought for the nation & his Dharma’s protection. Choose your heroes wisely.

Why Did Mobile Signals That Worked During 2015 Chennai Floods Not Work During Cyclone Michaung?

Telecommunication in Chennai faced significant challenges after the cyclone hit, leading to blackouts in some telephone exchanges. This disruption severely impacted internet services and mobile connectivity, affecting people working from home and hindering communication. Services of major telecom operators including Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea, and BSNL were disrupted across Chennai.

What is puzzling is that the city was flooded over the past few years and also encountered massive cyclones. During all those times, cellphone towers and thus signals were functioning fairly normally. Then why did it happen this time? People were not able to reach out to their relatives/friends due to lack of signal. They were not even able to get in touch with emergency numbers.

There are approximately 36000-40000 cellphone towers in Chennai and surrounding areas such as Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, and Thiruvallur. It was observed that 70-80% of the towers were not functioning properly.

Why did this occur? Business Standard reported that the challenges primarily stemmed from difficulties in procuring and transporting diesel to tower sites, compounded by issues related to batteries. The state government had precautionarily cut off power when it rained, prompting reliance on backup diesel generator sets, which also subsequently depleted.

Maridhas in his YouTube video says that TANGEDCO could provide power to such towers to continue providing signal to consumers.

It is noteworthy that almost the whole of Chennai shifted to underground electrical cables in 2021 itself, except for a few parts. The cables are so sturdy that even when attacked by thunder and lightning, nothing will happen. The difference between the overhead and underground wires is that the underground ones are sturdy dry and also very expensive. This has been recommended by the United Nations themselves.

It is also notable that the World Bank has lent about 4300 crores to the Tamil Nadu government for disaster mitigation efforts. This agreement was signed in 2013

These cables are underground to provide electricity for essential services like hospitals, communication devices, and the functioning of the government. So it becomes the basic duty of the TANGEDCO to provide power to the various service providers’ substations in times of disaster.

If such communication services are not provided by the service provider, they can even be arrested. In 2014, in Andhra Pradesh, the then Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu called for the arrest of agencies in Vishakapatnam for failing to provide services during times of distress.

Maridhas in his YouTube video alleges the reason as to why the power supply to the substations was cut off. He alleges that the ruling DMK government is worried about the issue of the cyclone and subsequent flooding becoming viral on social media and that they conspired to make social media inaccessible to users. The press release states that the team was headed by 20 Ministers

Subsequently, on 9 December 2023, TN Chief Minister MK Stalin shared a 6-page press release on his social media handle. He stated that all the disaster relief teams were ready for rescue.

Questions to be asked to the DMK government

  1. How many people were a part of the rescue team?
  2. What was the emergency centre number that people could reach out to in case of emergency?
  3. Who were the ministers/MLAs/MPs involved in the team – since no one was visible on the ground?

When mobile signals were practically absent, how were people supposed to communicate and lodge their complaints? And what feedback will the rescue team get if they do not receive any complaints?

There have been many instances of people losing their lives, especially during this disaster.

People could not even get in touch with volunteers to help them. Had the communication lines been available, the government departments could have communicated to the people about the approximate time it could rain further, the amount of rainfall they could expect in the next 24 hours, and how people could take precautionary measures accordingly.

Thanks to the inundation, all electrical appliances, wood furniture, clothes, and everything else including vehicles were totally spoiled thanks to the water inside the homes.

I.N.D.I. Ally DMK MP Quotes EVR And Advocates Kashmir’s Right To “Self-Determination” On Racial Basis

On a day when the Supreme Court of India upheld the abrogation of Article 370 by the Narendra Modi government, I.N.D.I. Ally DMK MP MM Abdullah has made a shocking statement on the floor of Rajya Sabha that borderline calls for Kashmir’s secession on racial basis.

Quoting anti-Hindu and anti-India Dravidian demagogue EV Ramasamy Naicker (hailed as ‘Periyar’ by his followers), the DMK MP said “Every race has the right to self-determination. It is applicable for Kashmiri people as well.”

The DMK MP kept repeating the same lines and even called for “investigation of human rights abuses in Kashmir”.

I propose the concrete steps to address the situation in Kashmir sir. Establish an independent commission to investigate human rights violation in Kashmir.“, the I.N.D.I. Ally DMK MP said.

The Vice President of India (Rajya Sabha Chairman) Jagdeep Dhankar slammed the DMK MP for his remarks and said that it would be expunged.

“Can we believe in Constitution with such kind of observations? It will be deleted. Your observations are expunged. Hon’ble Member, you’re abusing the platform. Abusing the platform. You’re not aware of what you’re saying. You’ve gone too far. I expunge your observations. You indicate racial determination?”, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar asked to which the DMK MP tried to save his face saying “No no no”.

But he repeated the same quote of EVR again emphasizing the Kashmir’s right to “self-determination” which is the language used by separatists for secession from India.

MM Abdulla wasn’t the only DMK MP to make problematic statements on Kashmir in the floor of the House.

DMK MP Tiruchi Siva said that the if the I.N.D.I. Alliance comes to power, it would restore Article 370.

Article 370 was a temporary provision that granted special status to the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir and was abrogated by the Modi government on 5 August 2019.

DMK MP Abdullah: A Man Known For Abusing On Social Media

On 11 March 2022, DMK MP MM Abdulla unleashed an abusive tirade against two individuals, one of whom is a woman journalist, for speaking against DMK IT wing who were harassing anyone who criticizes the party on social media.

DMK MP MM Abdulla responded to Savukku Shankar’s accusation by saying, “Savukku Shankar is claiming that the Chinnamalai IT team photoshopped him to look like a pimp. If the Chinnamalai IT team had done it, they would have depicted him as a prostitute in the Marina beach background, demanding ₹5 for hand j*b and ₹10 for blowj*b.

Prior to that, he had shared a Facebook post attempting to indirectly abuse actress Kasthuri Shankar and her family.

MM Abdulla wrote on Facebook, “You’re saying Kalaignar didn’t have a ticket. However, there is no documentation of him saying this on any platform, nor has the TTR of the alleged train Karunanidhi travelled on stated anything about this claim anywhere. There is one additional option apart from the above-mentioned ones!! The only proof would possibly be that your grandmother would have travelled with Karunanidhi on the same train and would have narrated to you that “Kalaignar and myself only had ran away from home and took that train.

TNM Founder Dhanya Rajendran’s Old Posts On Karunanidhi Come Back To Haunt Her As DMK Members Are Furious Over Chennai Floods Reportage, TRB Rajaa’s Cryptic Response To Pudhupettai Meme Raises Eyebrows

Dhanya Rajendran, founder of The News Minute (TNM) was seen “cozying up” on social media platform X thanking DMK’s IT Wing head TRB Rajaa for “standing with them” as allegations of TNM journalists having received bribes in 2016.

Photos of an alleged diary entry of a mining baron Shekhar Reddy were circulating on X and it was debunked by Shabbir Ahmed of The News Minute. This comes at a time when TNM has been actively reporting on the failures of the DMK government in handling the floods and the impact of Cyclone Michaung.

Following this, DMK supporters started digging out old tweets of Dhanya Rajendran where she had posted derogatorily about former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and the late DMK patriarch, Karunanidhi.

As she shared an article from The Wire titled, “(At Least) Three Critical Flaws in the Ethics Committee Report on Mahua Moitra”, several DMK supporters called out her duplicity when it came to ethics.

One supporter wrote, “Lol same @dhanyarajendran who was preaching DMK cadre on ethics, integrity, abuse, etc? This is her abusing an octogenarian leader and one of the tallest leaders in Tamilnadu and India. Now she expects the cadre of the party who are beneficiaries of Kaalingnars social/people welfare schemes to garland her with Roses for the agenda-driven journalism she and her Samsung friends carry out!  If Samsung phone beneficiaries who masquerade as journalists have so much loyalty to their masters, we will also showcase our loyalty to our leaders by exposing the agenda of these Samsung. Now go complain to our ministers you scam of a journalist…”

https://twitter.com/WengersFan/status/1733904737458614769

Here are some of her old tweets where she spoke about Karunanidhi making fun of his multiple marriages and plentiful children most often.

https://twitter.com/dhanyarajendran/status/68943841968914432

As the allegations of bribe started resurfaeing, it seemed as if TRB Rajaa was offering great support for Dhanya Rajendran and her team, however, the situation took a turn as he seemingly joined in on the amusement that DMK supporters were having at Dhanya and TNM’s expense.

Here is what TRB Rajaa wrote when a DMK supporter posted about the situation.

“Party members are very dignified, they will not slander the journalists. Only those who want to bring a bad name to the party must have done it.”. Rajaa replied to this post saying,“I can’t even! Am I the scapegoat today? Carry on, may the festival be successful”

This post seems to indicate that Rajaa had posted that “support” tweet just for the namesake. Some DMK supporters questioned TRB Rajaa as to why he was supporting abusers of their leader, Karunanidhi.

A video of a debate on Puthiya Thalaimurai surfaced amidst this where the panel included political commentator Savukku Shankar, Dhanya Rajendran, and present DMK State Deputy Secretary IT Wing Madurai S Bala. In the video, Bala is seen saying, “Making posts against Dhanya, that too vulgar ones are totally wrong. There is no doubt about it. But Dhanya is a journalist. She has made tweets about Kalaignar. Those tweets do not fall anywhere close to the standards one has for journalists. They were very vulgar.”

Bala was referring to this tweet and asked her, “Is this right? Would you have done this for Jayalalithaa or Modi?”

To this, Dhanya replies by saying, “I made those posts several years ago. I have already apologised for it. There is nothing vulgar about it. I have made several tweets against Modi and Jayalalithaa. If you want you can take a look. This is not right. I criticise BJP and Congress daily. So tomorrow will you go dig into someone’s words spoken in college or school days? Will you dig into their whole history and say you deserve this? Is that right?”

Dhanya states that she apologised for the tweets she made and had spoken about it to Stalin long back.

Whether or not TNM continues to peddle propaganda just like the ruling DMK wants, they will be hounded for their past every now and then.
