Archaeologists working on an on-going conservation project in Vietnam unearthed a huge Shiva Lingam made of sandstone belonging to the 9th century CE. The monolithic sandstone Shiva Lingam was found at the Cham Temple Complex located in My Son, Vietnam.
External Affairs Minister Jaishankar Subramaniam congratulated the Archaeological Survey of India team working on the project.
