Imran Slippers Lingam During ‘Hanuman Mala’, Lingam’s Men Retaliate, TNM Distorts Incident To Portay Imran As Victim

Leftist media outlets like Scroll.in, The Quint and The News Minute (TNM), reporting about a recent incident in Telangana, has portrayed a group of men attacking one Imran as a “Hindu mob” while brushing aside the role of Imran and his family in inciting the tension.

The incident occurred on 7 May 2023 in the Nasrapur village of Telangana, but it came to light after the video went viral on social media.

What Actually Happened?

On 7 May 2023, a gas cylinder delivery agent named Lingam went to Imran Ahmed’s house in Narsapur to deliver a cylinder. Imran owns a small biriyani stall in the area.

Lingam, who was wearing a Hanuman Mala (a month-long ritual) at the time, asked Imran’s mother for the empty cylinder after delivering a full cylinder, which is a normal procedure. However, Imran’s mother refused to hand over the cylinder as there was a little bit of fuel left inside the cylinder and asked Lingam to come later. Lingam, whose job it is to collect the cylinder after delivering the full cylinder, stated that he is required by the rules to take the empty cylinder.

Lingam rightfully refused, but Imran’s mother started abusing the delivery agent Lingam. The two then got into a heated argument. Imran, who intervened during the argument, began assaulting Lingam with chappals and insulting the Hanuman Mala.

After Hindu organizations learned of the incident, members of several Hindu organizations, including the BJP, RSS, Hindu Vahini, and others, gathered at the scene, and a fight ensued, in which Imran was attacked.

How TNM And Other Leftist Propaganda Outlets Portrayed The Incident

When the cause of the tense situation is Imran, who slippered the Hanuman devotee during an auspicious time, The News Minute and other outlets that covered the incident mentioned Imran’s instigation and assault as a minor event while focusing on the Hindu group attacking Imran as the main story.

The Quint which published the story never reported that it was Imran who started the assault by slippering the delivery agent wearing a ‘Mala’. The Quint, Scroll and several other news outlets that carried the story incorrectly reported that Imran’s sister miscarried as a result of an altercation, which was refused by the local police.

The News Minute, which has never used phrases like Muslim mob or Islamic terrorism to stereotype the Muslim community, has used phrases like “Hindu Mob”, “Hanuman devotees are perpetrators”, and “swamis attacked Imran” several times in their articles, attempting to stereotype Hindu Hanuman devotees as mobsters.

Though the entire violent episode would not have occurred if Imran and his mother had returned the empty cylinder as is customary, The News Minute article which has been edited by its Editor-in-Chief Dhanya Rajendran has made it appear as if a Hindu group went to a Biriyani shop and started attacking Imran for no apparent reason.

Madurai RDO Allegedly Demands ₹30,000 Bribe For Providing ST Certificates To “Malai Vedan” Tribe, RDO’s Henchmen Abuse Victims For Exposing

People belonging to the tribal Malai Vedan community living in the villages of Thuvarimaan, Kottaimedu, and Manaadimangalam of Madurai district have complained that the Revenue Divisional Officer Sugi Pramila demanded ₹30,000 as bribe to issue community certificates for them.

Who Are The Malai Vedans?

The Malai Vedan community, one of the 36 indigenous groups in Tamil Nadu, migrated to the plains of the unified Madurai district about a century ago, during the rule of Marthanda Varma, the king of the Travancore princely state. According to rural folklore, they originated from the Idukki district. Formerly hunters in the Western Ghats, the community transitioned to agriculture for their livelihood.

According to the 2011 Census, the community has a population of approximately 7,500 individuals, primarily residing in the Madurai, Dindigul, Theni, and Nilgiris districts. In the Dindigul districts, they are spread across 28 villages within the Pazhani and Dindigul revenue divisions. The community association asserts that the population could be at least three times higher than the government’s estimates.

A documentary made based on the tribal groups of India by Prasar Bharti during 1980s says that the Malai Vedans consider themselves to be the descendants of Kannapa Nayanar, the ardent Shiva devotee.

Persistent struggles starting from 1964, spearheaded by leaders from the Communist Party of India (Marxist), resulted in the inclusion of the community in the Scheduled Tribes (ST) list. This inclusion was made possible through The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Amendment) Orders, 1976.

However, members of the community continued to face neglect as authorities refused to accept their demands for the community’s name to be recorded in revenue records. They still find it difficult to receive any of the benefits entitled to them.

As a result, most people have not been able to pursue higher education and get jobs due to the lack of the community certificate. This has deprived them of moving up the socio-economic ladder for the past several decades.

Community certificate is an important document issued by the Tahsildar or Deputy Tahsildar of the Revenue Department to certify that a person belongs to a particular reserved community like Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes.

Community certificate is mandatory for obtaining benefits in education and employment sectors from the Government.

However, to get this community certificate, members of the Malai Vedan community have to cough up a bribe of ₹30,000 go the Revenue Divisional Officer Sugi Pramila who has the power to issue the certificate. More than 250 people have been affected by this.

Who Is Sugi Pramila?

Sugi Pramila joined the Revenue Department as Junior Assistant in 1993 when she was 19. She was offered the job on compassionate grounds after her father who was a Village Administrative Officer died.

Ironically, she had won the Kalpana Chawla award in 2012 when as a Flying Squad Tahsildar in Kanyakumari district, she confronted criminals involved in smuggling of rice and kerosene to Kerala, which were intended for the public distribution system (PDS). As a result of her actions, she encountered numerous death threats.

She is now the Revenue Divisional Officer in one of the four zones of Madurai District.

The Nexus

RDO Premila has apparently set brokers within the Malai Vedan community to collect the bribes on her behalf so that she is not directly linked to the crime. The broker from Malai Vedan community will act as a middleman in obtaining community certificate.

According to a phone conversation released by YouTuber Maridas, the brokers appointed by RDO Sugi Premila and her henchmen have been threatening victims as well as those who share the news on social media.

In a phone conversation between one of the victims and the RDO broker, the broker inquires about the content he posted on his Facebook account against the RDO, to which the victim responds that it is newspaper content about the bribery charge against her. The broker started abusing the victim and dared him to post on Facebook that he bribed the RDO for obtaining the community certificate. The supporter of RDO also asked the victim to remove the Facebook post regarding this.

RDO’s Henchman: Haven’t you bought the certificate from this RDO?

Victim: Yes, I did.

RDO’s Henchman: Then for what p**da (cuss word in Tamil) have you posted on Facebook? It has the RDO’s photo. Why did you keep it?

Victim: But I paid money for the certificate.

RDO’s Henchman: Why are you giving money and getting the certificate then? Why did you get it by giving money? Post that you’ve obtained certificate by money.

Victim: They’re not giving the certificate if we don’t give money.

RDO’s Henchman: Then post on Facebook that you got the certificate after bribing.

Victim: That’s what has been reported in the newspaper right!

RDO’s Henchman: That report has her photo! How dare you keep it? Don’t you have sense? Arivu Ketta K**dhi (Brainless cunt in Tamil). How come ‘you people’ are like this!

The following is the conversation between the broker and a Malai Vedan man who refuses to bribe the RDO for the certificate. In this audio, the supporter of RDO can be heard saying that he himself had paid ₹60,000 to get certificate for his son who had completed Class 10.

RDO Broker: Why are posting these things on Facebook? Remove it. You guys are shaming our own community.

Victim: I’m also one among the victims. There are so many people affected by this.

RDO Broker: Okay. I understand. But should the entire world know about this? You should come talk fo us in private. I’ll tell you one thing. You are going to be the reason for the denial of certificate for the entire community.

Victim: We should uplift our community. We should not bribe for certificate. Why should we pay money?

RDO Broker: You go confront them daringly man. You won’t bribe right? The one who has stomach ache is getting it by paying money. You go confront them directly why are you advertising about it? This will become a big problem. Please listen to me. I am telling this for your good only.

Victim: You should also come forward for this brother. These many irregularities are happening.

RDO Broker: I’ll come. I am not saying no. For me, my stomach ache is that my son has completed class 10 and I need it urgently. Had it been like your case where I can get it late, I would leave. Those who need it are getting it by giving money. When your son completes 10th, paying ₹500 won’t be a big deal.

Victim: ₹500 means it is not an issue at all.

RDO Broker: I’m just giving you an example. We too paid ₹60,000. Where and to whom can can I go and complain! We got it. I needed it badly so I paid to get it.

The victim says that he has a copy of the emoluments that he is entitled to and has been running pillar to post for more than 3 months to which the broker says that if he shows that copy saying that ‘that Amma’ (Sugi Premila) has waived off the money, the official would give.

However, the victim laments that he has spoilt them by habitually bribing.

In another video released by Youtuber Maridas, he released the threat calls faced by the victims for speaking out.

In one of the phone conversation, the RDO Broker can be heard exerting pressure on the victim to say that he did not get his certificate by paying money.

The RDO Broker tells the victim who had spoken against the bribery scandal, “Tell that you got community certificate for your son without any bribe”.

“Tell that you only said what you heard as hearsays about people giving money to get certificate. Don’t tell you paid money to get the certificate.”, the RDO broker threatens.

In the third phone conversation, another RDO Broker plays victim card that he too is trapped in this nexus and begs the victim not to point fingers at him. He says that he will be jailed if he gets exposed.

In another audio, a Sub-Inspector of Police of that area can be heard asking the victum about his details and the complaint. When asked how much money he had paid to get the certificate, the victim says that he paid ₹30,000.

Being a microscopic minority community, they have been unable to organize themselves and take legal recourse. The media outlets which claim to be champions of the oppressed have turned a blind eye to this matter.

Senthilbalaji IT Raids: Officials Attacked By DMK Goons Hospitalized

The Income Tax authorities on Friday (26 May 2023) launched coordinated searches at places linked to Tamil Nadu Liquor Minister V Senthilbalaji in cities including Karur and Coimbatore.

Supporters of V Senthilbalaji, state minister for electricity, excise and prohibition, allegedly created a ruckus and even vandalised a car belonging to the Income Tax (I-T) department and manhandled officials of the department who on Friday launched coordinated searches in places across Tamil Nadu linked to the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) minister.

Senthik Balaji’s supporters gathered in Karur when officials came to search the house of his brother V Ashok and raised slogans against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led union government.

A tense situation unfolded in Karur on Friday when supporters of TASMAC contractors made an effort to forcefully impede a team of 50 Income Tax officials from conducting raids on the residences and establishments of these contractors. The supporters of the Tasmac contractors surrounded and obstructed the I-T officials, claiming that they had been attacked.

However, after a five-hour delay and with heavy police protection, the raid resumed.Reports indicate that the tax officials arrived in Karur early in the morning to search around 10 locations. Over 150 officials from Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruchy, Madurai, and Dindigul arrived in more than 50 vehicles.

When the team reached Ramakrishnapuram to search a Tasmac contractor’s house, a large group of supporters prevented the officials from entering and voiced their protest. They demanded that a female I-T official present her identity card, which sparked a heated argument.I-T officials Gayathri, Sunil Kumar, Pankaj Kumar and Kalla Srinivasa Rao, who were reportedly assaulted by the group, were admitted to the Karur Government Medical College Hospital.

Upon receiving information, the local police rushed to the spot, rescued the woman official, and took her to the police station. In the meantime, the woman official filed a complaint with the police, alleging that she had been attacked by the contractors’ supporters. With the situation spiraling out of control, the search operation was suspended after 10 AM. Following this, the tax officials met with Superintendent of Police A Sundaravadanam and lodged a complaint against the supporters.

The officials claimed that inadequate police protection had contributed to the situation. The SP informed them that there had been no prior notification, preventing the provision of security. Subsequently, the SP ordered police protection for the officials. Each vehicle was assigned a sub-inspector and a police constable, and the search resumed after 5:30 PM. The latest information suggests that the search operation was still ongoing.

Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai took to Twitter and shared the visuals of the incident. He also called out the unprofessional act of DMK goons as they attacked the IT Officials. The state BJP chief also demanded strict action against the DMK and the police for failing to provide appropriate security to the officials.

“I urge on behalf of Tamil Nadu BJP that action should be taken against the DMK who has threatened the lives of the Income Tax Department and against the District Superintendent of Police who has failed to provide adequate protection to the Income Tax Department,” he further wrote.

9 Years Of Modi Govt, 9 Milestones Achieved

On 20 May 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered his first-ever extempore at the Central Hall of Parliament after BJP’s landslide victory in the 2014 general elections.

In his speech, he said, “I am by nature an optimist. It is written in my DNA. Disappointment does not just gel with me. On this occasion, I wish to repeat what I said in my speech at a college here. Just see this glass of water; some say that it is half filled with water, and some say it is half empty. My thinking is of the third type. I say this glass is half filled with water and half with air.”

It has been 9 years since Narendra Modi took oath as the Prime Minister of India, and in these 9 years, this unswerving optimism going by the mantra of sab ka saath, sab ka vikas, has put India on a new path of progress, development and rising stature.

At this juncture, it is imperative to look at the 9 milestones of the Narendra Modi Government that have changed the destiny of India.

1. Financial Inclusion

One of the initial actions taken by the Modi government in 2014 was to ensure that every Indian had access to a bank account, and up to now, approximately 49 crore individuals have become beneficiaries of this initiative.

By implementing Direct Benefit Transfer to 310 scheme of 53 Departments/Ministries, the Modi government has successfully transferred funds worth ₹29.39 lakh crore directly to bank accounts, without the involvement of intermediaries, thereby eradicating corruption in government schemes.

There was a time when former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi had famously stated that only 15 paise out of every rupee sanctioned by Delhi reached the intended recipient.

However, this situation has changed significantly due to the implementation of Direct Benefit Transfers, as corruption has been greatly reduced, with several thousands of crores reaching the beneficiaries at the click of a button from Delhi.

As a result, the Narendra Modi government has saved the Indian treasury a staggering ₹2.73 lakh crore by plugging leaks in central schemes through Direct Benefit Transfers.

2. Digital Economy

India, being heavily reliant on cash transactions in the past, has experienced a remarkable transformation after demonetization and the introduction of UPI (Unified Payments Interface).

Today, digital payments have become widespread across the country.

UPI has completely revolutionised the process of conducting financial transactions, whether it’s shopping at malls, dining at restaurants, purchasing groceries at supermarkets, visiting local convenience stores or pharmacies, or even dealing with street vendors.

In April 2023, UPI witnessed an extraordinary milestone, with a staggering 8.8 billion transactions valued at ₹14 lakh crore.

3. Making India The Fastest Growing Indian Economy

During his inaugural Independence Day speech in 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi introduced the concept of Make-In-India, which has transformed various sectors of the Indian economy.

By implementing proactive measures tailored to specific industries to enhance the ease of doing business, the Narendra Modi government has unleashed the animal spirit of the Indian economy and is propelling India towards becoming an economic powerhouse.

Through his ‘Atmanirbhar Mission’ (Self-Reliant Mission), Prime Minister Narendra Modi has emphasized that India will not lag behind any developed nation and is committed to achieving self-sufficiency in all sectors.

Currently, India boasts over 99,380 recognized startups and 138 unicorns.

Furthermore, on July 1, 2017, India created history by implementing the Goods and Services Tax (GST), one of the most significant and ambitious reforms in the nation’s economic history, leading the way for a unified taxation system known as ‘One Nation, One Tax.’ Through the GST, India has successfully integrated a previously fragmented economy into a cohesive single market.

4. The Decisions That Took Guts And The Gumption

The Narendra Modi government took decisive actions to address critical issues in the country.

The abhorrent practice of Triple Talaq was abolished, ensuring the protection of Muslim women’s rights.

The government abolished Article 370, leading to the complete integration of Jammu and Kashmir with the rest of India. This move transformed the region from a hub of terrorism to a centre of development and progress.

Furthermore, the Constitutional Amendment Act of 2019 was introduced to expedite the process of granting citizenship to persecuted minorities from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan.

5. Roti Paani Makaan

Through the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, approximately 80 crore people receive 5 kilograms of food grains per person per month at no cost.

The implementation of the One Nation One Ration Card has significantly simplified the process for migrant workers in different states to access their ration supplies.

Moreover, more than 9.59 crore poor women have been provided with free LPG gas connections.

Since its inception in 2019, the Jal Jeevan Scheme has facilitated the provision of over 12 crore tap water connections.

Under The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana over 3.4 crore houses have been successfully constructed. Every village in the country has been electrified, achieving 100% electrification.

These initiatives have played a crucial role in improving the lives and well-being of the citizens.

6. The Vaccine Story

India achieved an unprecedented milestone by introducing a preventive solution within a remarkably short span of 11 months since the first case of a coronavirus disease was reported.

Not only did India successfully develop and administer two vaccines manufactured within the country, but they also provided vaccination to millions of Indians and people worldwide. A total of 220.57 crore vaccine doses were administered.

The efficient utilization of technology in the rollout of these vaccines has garnered admiration from other nations, creating a sense of awe towards India’s approach.

7. Transformation Of Transport

Those who have travelled on Indian trains a decade ago can vouch for the following conditions: coaches covered in rust, foul-smelling toilets, piles of human waste on tracks, and red spit stains on station walls.

Cleanliness was certainly not a guarantee, and safety was a concern due to unmanned level crossings, the need for track renewal, and passenger safety issues. However, significant changes have been observed in the Indian Railways in recent years.

A notable improvement has been the focus on cleanliness, which has enhanced the travel experience for rail passengers by implementing clean and odour-free bio-toilets. This positive transformation can be attributed to the Swachh Bharat initiative, which has instilled a sense of responsibility in people to keep public places clean.

Major railway stations in high-traffic cities have been modernized and renovated, and even stations in tier-2 cities have received impressive makeovers. The fact that capital outlay for railways alone for 2023-24 is ₹2.5 lakh crore which is 9 times more than that of 2013-14, is a testament to the vision held by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in transforming India.

Eventually, all unmanned level crossings were eliminated within a span of five years, leading to a drastic reduction in accidents from 131 in 2015 to zero in the past 3 years.

Additionally, from Dedicated Freight Corridors to Kisan Rails and Vande Bharat Express, the Indian Railways has undergone a complete transformation in the last 9 years.

Nevertheless, there has been a tremendous effort towards strengthening India’s road infrastructure. In 2014-15, the pace at which National Highways construction happened was 12 km/day. It touched a record high of 42.03 km per day in February 2023.

FASTag has been a game changer in highway commute reducing time, fuel consumption and thereby carbon emissions.

In the last 9 years, the number of operational airports in the country has doubled from 74 in 2014 to 148 in 2023.

8. Defense & Diplomacy

In the past decades, India has experienced traumatic incidents of serial bombings, hijackings, and terror attacks. However, over the last 9 years, the country has not witnessed any such acts of terrorism.

Furthermore, those who dare to provoke us have faced severe retaliation, as demonstrated through actions like surgical strikes against Pakistan and the clash in the Galwan Valley against Chinese troops.

India’s approach has shifted from being a net importer of defence equipment to focusing on indigenous production, resulting in a significant boost in defence exports. Thanks to the Athmanirbar initiative of our Prime Minister.

The country has achieved remarkable progress in terms of firepower, with the successful deployment of domestically built aircraft carriers, submarines, and missiles. These developments have contributed to a significant increase in India’s defence capabilities.

Instances such as Operation Rahat for rescuing Indians in Yemen, Operation Maitri during the Nepal earthquake, the Vande Bharat mission amid the pandemic, Operation Devishakti to aid stranded Indians in Afghanistan, Operation Ganga for bringing back Indian students from Ukraine during the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and Operation Kaveri for rescuing Indians affected by the civil war in Sudan, all serve as evidence of the Narendra Modi Government going out of the way to rescue Indians living abroad systematically.

9. Civilizational Revival

The Ram Janmabhoomi movement has reached its rightful culmination with the near completion of the Ram Mandir. Likewise, several revered spiritual hubs, such as Kashi Vishwanath, Somnath, Kedarnath, and Mahakaleshwar in Ujjain, which were previously neglected, have undergone a remarkable and positive transformation.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has brought about a civilizational resurgence by unabashedly embracing his identity without any pretence of pseudo-secularism.

Through initiatives such as Kashi Tamil Sangamam, Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam, and Kashi Telugu Sangamam, Prime Minister Modi is actively promoting the vision of “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” by revitalizing the cultural bonds and heritage that connects all Indians. These endeavours aim to strengthen the deep-rooted civilizational consciousness of the nation, fostering a sense of unity and shared identity among its diverse population.

In this time of Amrit Kal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his quest to revive Bharat’s civilizational heritage, has decided to rehabilitate the sacred ‘Sengol‘ by placing it in the chamber of the new Parliament. This is intended to remind us that rulers must adhere to the statute of Dharma and righteousness.

Whether it is acknowledging the unsung heroes of our history through Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav or recognizing the exemplary achievements of contemporary individuals through the People’s Padma Awards, the Narendra Modi Government has fundamentally transformed the narrative of India.

These are just a glimpse of the significant achievements in the journey towards shaping a New India. The country has seen a phenomenal transformation in every sector that has impacted the last-standing Indian. Indians today feel the rise of a new, bold and confident India that is taking its rightful place on the world stage.

(K. Annamalai is the State President of BJP Tamil Nadu.)

Adheenam Confirms ‘Sengol’ Was Presented To Mountbatten Before Giving To Nehru As ‘Symbolic Transfer Of Power’

The Thiruvavaduthurai Adheenam which had handed over the Sengol to India’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru has confirmed that it was presented to last Viceroy Mountbatten before it was handed over to Nehru as a symbolic transfer of power.

Earlier a few media outlets like The Hindu, BBC Tamil, The News Minute, etc, and the Congress party had disputed the events leading to the Sengol ceremony saying that there was no evidence of Sengol being given to Mountbatten first and then to Nehru as a ‘symbol of the transfer of power’ from British to India.

These media outlets had said that the government’s version of what transpired on the eve of Indian independence day rests on “flimsy grounds”.

Quoting the report of The Hindu, Congress MP Jairam Ramesh on Twitter stated that the claim of the ‘Sengol’ symbolizing the transfer of power from British to Indians is a bogus and fake narrative and that there is no evidence of Mountbatten, Rajaji, or Nehru describing this scepter as a symbol of power transfer. Though he acknowledges that a majestic sceptre conceived by a religious establishment in then Madras province and crafted in Madras city was presented to Nehru in August 1947, he calls the sceptre as a symbol of power transfer BOGUS. He further added, “The sceptre is now being used by the PM & his drum-beaters for their political ends in Tamil Nadu. This is typical of this brigade that embroiders facts to suit its twisted objectives.”

However in a press release, the Thiruvavaduthurai Adheenam said “We saw some reports and statements from members of a certain political party that deeply hurt us. This political party is said to have stated that the history surrounding the use of the Sengol to symbolize the transfer of power in 1947 is false. Multiple sources, including our own records, have confirmed that we were invited to conduct a ritual to symbolize the transfer of power.”

Adheenam added, “Our Adheenam honored Rajaji’s invitation and had a Sengol made, gave it to Lord Mountbatten, got it back from him, and presented it to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in an elaborate ritual. The Swami who presented it to Nehru also stated that this Sengol is a symbol of self-rule.”

The statement ended by saying, “Saying such events are bogus or false, casting doubt on our credibility, and downplaying the significance of the Sengol as a symbol of power transfer for the sake of politics is very sad and unfortunate.”

Kamal Who Kissed Underage Actress Without Consent Gives Voice For Wrestlers Protest

Bigg Boss anchor and part-time politician Kamal Haasan, who is busy shooting for his upcoming Tamil film Indian 2, took to Twitter to express his support for the wrestlers’ protest against WFI President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

On 23 May 2023, Kamal Haasan tweeted, “Today marks 1 month of protests by athletes of the wrestling fraternity. Instead of fighting for national glory, we have forced them to fight for personal safety. Fellow Indians, who deserves our attention, our national sporting icons or a politician with an extensive criminal history?”

It is worth noting that Kamal Haasan, who has come out in support of wrestlers protesting the arrest of their molester, was once accused of kissing an underage actress on screen without her consent. The alleged incident occurred during the shooting of the movie Punnagai Mannan, during which he kissed Rekha, a 16-year-old actress who had just completed 10th grade back then.

The visuals of the song “Enna Satham Indha Neram” show Kamal Haasan having sex with the 16 year old actress semi-naked.

In an interview with a YouTube channel, actress Rekha said, “I had no idea about the kissing scene. I was only 16 at the time. Neither Kamal nor Director Balachander informed me that there would be a kissing scene. I felt horrible after filming the kissing scene.”

Kamal Haasan’s support for female wrestlers was mocked on social media, as there are already calls to file a POCSO case against him for kissing an underage actress without her permission.

Singer Chinmayi Sripaada, quoting Kamal Haasan, asked him where he was when she was banned from the music industry for naming her molester. During India’s Me Too movement, the singer claimed that Tamil lyricist Vairamuthu sexually harassed her on work trips and threatened to end her career if she did not respond.

In her tweet, Chinmayi said, “5 years of a singer in Tamilnadu being banned for naming a molester right in front of their eyes and not a pip about it since the poettu has their respect. How does one trust politicians who speak for women’s safety while they ignore harassment right under their noses? Just. Asking. Now while my timeline will blow up with abuse, shouting and yelling imma gonna exit. Buhbye!”

DMK Thugs Manhandle Woman IT Official, Snatch Search Warrant, Breaks Windshield Of IT Official’s Vehicle; News7 and Sun News Misreports

The Income Tax Department is currently conducting raids at the residences of DMK Liquor Minister Senthil Balaji, his brother Ashok, and 40 other locations of various Government contractors across Tamil Nadu associated with Senthil Balaji.

According to IT department sources, raids are currently taking place in Chennai, Karur, and other locations.

A few days ago, the Supreme Court refused to discharge Balaji in the cash-for-jobs scam and directed the ED to continue its probe into the charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. A bench of the Supreme Court, on May 16, refused to discharge Tamil Nadu electricity minister V. Senthil Balaji in the cash-for-jobs scam and set aside a 2022 Madras High Court order for a fresh investigation against the minister and others in the case. The high court order had the effect of nullifying a Supreme Court judgment of September 8, 2022, which had restored the criminal case against the minister. Now, the Supreme Court has granted the state police two months’ time to complete the investigation and submit the final report. The apex court further directed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to continue its probe into the charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Following the ruling by the Supreme Court, Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai wrote to Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi, requesting that Senthil Balaji be removed from the cabinet as his continued presence would impede the investigation of the job racket case.

In this background, IT sleuths are searching the homes of DMK liquor minister Senthil Balaji and his brother Ashok. Close relatives of the minister and some contractors were among those whose residences were searched by the Income Tax department.

In such a situation, a female IT official who attempted to enter Senthil Balaji’s brother’s house was confronted by DMK thugs who demanded that she open her bag. Despite her showing the bag, DMK thugs snatched the search warrant from her and prevented her from entering Ashok’s premises.

Outside the residence of DMK minister Senthil Balaji, DMK thugs vandalized the vehicle and broke the windshield of IT officials.

Despite the fact that videos of DMK thugs breaking into and vandalizing IT officials’ vehicles were going viral on social media, News7 Tamil attempted to downplay the incident by reporting that it was the general public who opposed the IT searches at the DMK minister’s residence.

Sun News Tamil, which reported the incident, avoided using Minister Senthil Balaji’s name intentionally and stated that the IT raids are taking place at the residences of government contractors.

The book takes a grip on you from the start and never lets go. You feel that you are inside the story, seeing things happen around you, and it all leads up to an incredible climax.’

Ranjith Radhakrishnan is a Bengaluru-based entrepreneur. His first published story is ‘Shakuni: The Dice of Death’ in the anthology Unsung Valour. He also has a narrative poem ‘Tushara Swayamvara’, published in the anthology Aryaa. This present book is his first published novel. He is currently writing part two of the story.

Ranjith Radhakrishnan said, ‘Parashurama is a fascinating avatar, and there is more to his story than meets the eye. He is the only avatar to meet other subsequent avatars. He is an immortal—a Chiranjeevi, and a future Saptarishi—the seven great rishis who protect and teach Dharma. Parashurama (named as Jamadagneya, the son of Jamadagni) has a hymn credited to him in the Rig Veda corpus. For someone so versatile, who spans the worlds of Veda and Tantra, whose story connects the four corners of Bharata, we unfortunately know of him only as the angry sixth avatar of Mahavishnu.’

Commenting on the announcement of the book Sanghamitra Biswas, Executive Editor, Westland Books said, ‘Ranjith Radhakrishnan is a fabulous storyteller, and we are so excited to publish his audacious and fierce debut, Rama of the Axe. This retelling of the legend of Parashurama is packed with action and drama and makes for a superbly engrossing read.’

The book is about the youngest son of Saptarishi Jamadagni, Ramabhadra who has the weight of an immense prophecy on his shoulders. For not only is he the gifted son of a supremely revered rishi and his wife, he is also being quietly trained to fulfil his destiny as an avatar of Lord Vishnu. But the path to divinity is not one without trials. When his father and guru is suddenly snatched away from him, Ramabhadra knows he has to avenge his death, come what may. But before that he must master himself. A tale of revenge, love and duty Rama of the Axe is the story of Ramabhadra’s journey to becoming Parashurama.

The book has been published by Westland Books, an award-winning Indian publisher with a diverse and exciting range of books from popular and literary fiction to business, politics, biography, spirituality, popular science, health and self-help.

K’taka Congress Min Priyank Kharge Threatens To Ban RSS & Bajrang Dal, Asks BJP To Go To Pakistan

Priyank Kharge, the son of alleged Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and a Minister in Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s cabinet has threatened to ban one of the world’s largest voluntary service organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Bajrang Dal, the youth wing of Hindu organization Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP).

The Minister said that the Congress government in Karnataka will ban the RSS and Bajrang Dal “if peace of the state is disturbed”, which many consider it to be a broad and vague condition that virtually gives a free pass for the Congress government to ban the organization at its whims.

He also said that if the BJP has any problem with this diktat, they can go to Pakistan.

“We have promised to turn Karnataka into a paradise. If peace is disturbed we won’t even consider if it is Bajrang Dal or RSS. Whenever law is taken into the hands, a ban will be imposed. As per the promise given in the manifesto, we will ban any organisation, including Bajrang Dal and RSS,” Kharge was quoted saying in a report by The News Minute.

“Some elements are roaming freely without fear of law and police in society. The trend has been happening for three years,” he was quoted saying referring to Hindu groups.

However, Priyank Kharge made no mention of radical Islamic terror organization Popular Front of India (PFI) while talking about disturbance of peace.

Kharge also declared that the Congress government in the state would withdraw the ban on hijab and cow slaughter laws.

Earlier, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar warned the state police officials saying that he won’t allow saffronization of police department. He even pulled up officers for wearing saffron clothes.

“Are you going to saffronize the police department? This is not allowed in our government. I know how you insulted the department by wearing saffron clothes in Mangalore, Bijapur, Bagalkot. If you have respect for the country, you should work with the national flag,” DK Shivakumar said.
