TN Has More Missing Women Than UP But D Stock Media Single Out Gujarat To Peddle Propaganda

According to a report published by the National Crime Records Bureau, over 5 lakh people, including men, women, and children, went missing in India between 2016-2020. Among them, the number of missing women is particularly alarming. While Gujarat has been in the news recently for its high number of missing women, it’s important to note that other states also have a significant number of missing women.

West Bengal, for example, had the highest number of missing women from 2016-2020, with 1,43,102 cases reported. In Tamil Nadu, the number of missing women during the same period was 53,780. On the other hand, Uttar Pradesh, which has a population of over 20 crore people, had 25,535 missing women reported during the same period.

However, what is particularly concerning is the selective reporting by certain media outlets. It’s worth noting that The New Indian Express recently reported on the high number of missing women in Gujarat, but ignored the data from other states. This raises questions about whether the report was a deliberate attempt to target Gujarat simply because Prime Minister Narendra Modi had mentioned “The Kerala Story.”

The makers of The Kerala Story said that more than 32000 women were missing from Kerala and joined ISIS in their fight for separate Islamic State.

The Leftists, Liberals and Dravidian Stockists masquearding as journalists published about missing women in Gujarat in an attempt to shift the focus away from The Kerala Story.

In light of this, a data from the NCRB stating that more than 40000 women were missing from Gujarat for the period between 2016 and 2020 was published by prominent national news outlets, led by The New Indian Express, and mainstream Tamil outlets, including Puthiyathalaimurai, Thanthi TV, Vikatan, and others.

All of these news outlets, like a planned planting of news, failed to cover the number of women missing in other states such as Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, where the number of women missing is far greater than the number of missing women in Gujarat during the same period. According to the data, 53,780 and 1,43,102 women went missing in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, respectively, from 2016 to 2020, which is significantly higher than the figures in Gujarat. However, the mainstream media deliberately overlooked this information.

Puthiya Thalaimurai went on to claim that the missing 40000 women were forced into prostitution. However, as they lack substantial evidence to back up their claim, they ended their statement with a question. This begs the question, “What are the 51000 missing Tamil Nadu women doing?” Puthiya Thalaimurai, stooped low to lower the dignity of women missing from Gujarat.
