Dravidoids Use Kalakshetra Matter To Spew Hatred Against Brahmins, None Of The Accused Are Brahmins

Following a complaint from one of his former students, Hari Padman, a Kalakshetra alumnus and teacher at the institute since 2002, was arrested on Monday, April 3, on charges of alleged sexual harassment and criminal intimidation. Hari Padman was apprehended from Madhavaram, north Chennai, and was placed in judicial custody until April 13.

The Kalakshetra Foundation’s board of directors has formed an independent inquiry committee to look into allegations of sexual harassment leveled against several teachers. In addition to suspending Padman pending the outcome of the investigation, the board has decided to terminate the services of three other teaching faculty members: Sanjith Lal, Sai Krishnan, and Sreenath.

While the harassment of students studying in Kalakshetra appears to be true based on complaints and protests from several students, the theory of some critics of the government that the ruling DMK government is using the issue to divert attention away from the backlash it is facing in the Balveendar Singh case cannot be ruled out. According to political commentators, the DMK government purposefully delayed an investigation into the Kalakshetra students’ complaint in order to intensify the protest and divert attention away from the Ambasamudram custodial torture case.

Despite the fact that none of the accused in the case are Brahmins, the left ecosystem and the Dravidian Stockists have used this issue to unleash hatred on Brahmins by spreading a lie via their social media handles that all accused in the case are Brahmins. Hari Padman, the main accused in the case, is from Kerala and belongs to the Pillai community. In fact, none of the accused are Brahmins. Many Twitter handles claiming to be Dravidian Stockists spewed venom at Brahmins, knowing that no action would be taken against them because the state has a friendly government in place.

According to a stockist named Robert Ruben, reading the names of the accused in the case (Hari Padman, Sanjith Lal, Sai Krishnan, and Sri Nath) gives him the impression that all of the accused are Noolibans Sanghi (Tamil Brahmins). Noolibans is a name given to Brahmins by Dravidian Stockists that refers to the Janeu or sacred thread (Nool) and combines it with Talibans (Nool + Talibans = Noolibans).

According to another stockist Shafeeq, the sexual offenders in the case are Brahmins.

Another stockist, @Mark2Kali, named the accused and referred to them as Brahmin thugs involved in sexual harassment.

Another stockist, Panacea, inquired whether there are any slokas that prevent Brahmin women (referred to as Maami in the tweet) from speaking up if the rapist or Fuc**kers are Brahmins.

Many such instances have been compiled by actress Kasthuri Shankar in her Twitter.

The medium of propaganda used by Dravidian Stockists to fabricate a lie that the accused in the case are Brahmins is not limited to social media, but also YouTube Channels with large followings. A sex doctor and Dravidian Stockist known for spewing hatred on Brahmins said in a YouTube interview that the Kalakshetra is dominated by Brahmins who are known for sexually abusing students while teaching dance steps by touching students.

He went on to say that sexual harassment has been going on in Kalakshetra for years and has only recently come to light. He further said that in the early days, news of sexual harassment in Kalakshetra was ignored by media outlets as the media was also dominated by Brahmins.

Thanthi TV carried a byte of one of the protesting students of Kalakshetra in which she alleges that Kalakshetra management gives marks to students based on one’s caste. However, the veracity of these claims have been disputed.

Despite that Dravidian Stockist handles had used the byte to run a tirade against Brahmins.

Dravidian Stockists also attacked woman journalist Sandhya Ravishankar who had retorted at a handle named ‘We Dravidians’ which implied that the accused were ‘vegetarians’ indirectly referring to Brahmins.
