Dimagi Naxal Prakash Raj Kicked Out Of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit?

Non-Bailable Warrant Issued Against Prakash Raj In Multiple Voter ID Case After Repeatedly Ignoring Court Summons

Actor and self-proclaimed Dimagi Naxal Prakash Raj is no longer part of Prabhas-starrer Spirit, with producer Pranay Reddy Vanga confirming that the actor chose to step away from the project, as per a Telugu Cinema report.

Prakash Raj had initially been cast in a key role in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed film. His voice was also featured in the first audio teaser released for Spirit. However, reports of his exit surfaced after controversy surrounding his political views.

At the time, supporters of a political party had demanded that the makers remove Prakash Raj from the film. Some media reports subsequently claimed that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga had dropped the actor from the cast.

Prakash Raj had rejected those reports, calling them baseless and stating that he remained part of the shoot.

The latest clarification has now come from Pranay Reddy Vanga, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s brother and producer of Spirit. In a recent interview, he confirmed that Prakash Raj is no longer associated with the film.

According to Pranay Reddy Vanga, the decision was made by Prakash Raj himself, and the actor was not asked to leave the project.

The development puts an end to months of speculation over the actor’s status in the film, which has already attracted attention over its cast and director.

Prabhas plays a police officer in Spirit, with Triptii Dimri as the female lead. The film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
