Bigg Boss Tamil Season 8 winner Muthukumaran Jegatheesan has come under scrutiny after social media influencer Wahidha Begum made serious allegations against him in a video posted on Instagram, claiming that their personal relationship ended abruptly and that the episode led her to attempt suicide, as reported in Kumudam.

Wahidha’s video, which was subsequently removed from her Instagram account, has since circulated widely on social media. She has also posted an Instagram Story stating that she is currently in hospital.
According to Wahidha’s account, she met Muthukumaran at Kathipara on October 4. She claimed that he subsequently took her to his home, describing the incident as a kind of “cute kidnapping”.
Wahidha alleged that Muthukumaran was aware that she had previously been married and had a five-year-old son, and that she was going through a difficult period following a breakup.
She further claimed that she had been under severe emotional distress for around two months and that Muthukumaran had initially offered her emotional support. According to her allegation, he subsequently expressed affection towards her and made promises including that he would marry her and tie a thali.

Wahidha alleged that Muthukumaran told her that he would not touch her without her consent and subsequently became physically intimate with her. She claimed that she believed his assurances about marriage and that the two had a physical relationship.
She further alleged that Muthukumaran dropped her home in the early hours of the following morning and later sent her messages but subsequently told her that he could not continue the relationship. Wahidha claimed that this left her emotionally devastated.
In the video, she reportedly attributed her suicide attempt to the events involving Muthukumaran.

Following the circulation of the video, reports on social media claimed that Wahidha had deleted other posts from her Instagram account and was removing comments and blocking users. These claims could not be independently verified.
