NOTA Defeats VCK In Maharashtra Elections: Thirumavalavan’s Party Gets A Total Of Mere 721 Votes From 4 Constituencies

The 2024 Maharashtra Assembly polls gave a huge revelation about a party that is popular in Tamil Nadu – you wonder which one it is?

Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) led by Thol Thirumavalavan contested in the Maha elections earlier last week! And the number of votes they garnered give you a very interesting picture.

But did you know that in October 2024, VCK president Thirumavalavan announced that his party would contest 10 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly elections as part of an alliance with the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). It is not clear if they did contest in the 10 seats as proclaimed.
