Former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and former leader of the DMK, MK Karunanidhi’s birthday was celebrated yesterday (3rd June) by DMK cadres.
However, in an ironical twist to the former CM’s birthday, a former Panchayat President of the DMK belonging to Poolampatti village of Edappadi in Salem named M. Karunanidhi left the DMK to join the ADMK in the presence of Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami.
The same was announced by CM Palaniswami on twitter.
