Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in collaboration with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism (IRCTC) have set up a kitchen at the Moradabad railway station to feed migrant workers travelling in Shramik special trains. The food is prepared and packed on the spot with strict social distancing norms. With food, water bottles are also given to those making the journey.

Around 400 Swayamsevaks have been involved in preparing food for the migrant workers at the station. As of May 25, the RSS has fed around 10,000 migrant workers. It said that their aim is not to let anyone travelling to go hungry.
The kitchen will be functional till May 31.
