After the woke Malayalam brigade came out in support of the anti-NEET protests in Jantar Mantar in July 2026, another set has also exposed its wokeness.
This time it is Om Shanti Oshana stars Nazriya Nazim and Vineeth Sreenivasan.
The duo has expressed support on social media for anarchist ‘student activist’ Neha Bora, who has been projected by leftist media as the face of the protests at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar.
Vineeth shared an Instagram reel featuring Neha Bora alongside a caption describing the kind of woman he hopes his daughter will grow up to become. Nazriya shared a poster featuring Bora with the caption “the first day of Dasara,” invoking the festival associated with the triumph of good over evil.
Vineeth Sreenivasan Shares Message About His Daughter
Vineeth shared a reel where he said that he wanted his daughter to grow up knowing her rights rather than studying merely to survive or believing that caring for a partner was her sole purpose in life.

He described wanting her to know her worth, refuse to be silenced, and stand by her convictions even if others opposed her. The message accompanied a reel featuring Neha Bora, linking the actor’s personal reflections on women’s independence with the activist’s public campaign.
It is surprising that Vineeth did not find any other inspiration for his daughter than a forever PhD ‘student’ Neha Bora.
Nazriya Invokes Dasara in Post Featuring Neha Bora
Nazriya, a Muslim, on the other hand shared a poster featuring Bora and captioned it “the first day of Dasara.” The reference invokes a Hindu festival associated with the victory of good over evil, placing the religious and cultural symbolism of the occasion alongside the ongoing protests in Delhi.
It is unclear why Nazriya had no other example to give in her own religion – is it because there are no women deities and leaders in Islam? That was a rhetorical question.
