The government treats us like bourgeoises, exploitative capitalists and land encroachers. Enough is enough,” Kitex chairman Sabu M Jacob said.

“If the situation continues like this, the State will turn into a graveyard of industries. While neighbouring states roll out red carpets for industries, we are hounding them out. “Whoever invests in Kerala will lose peace of mind and will be driven to suicide,” Sabu Jacob added.

Responding to Suryah’s tweet, one user on Twitter pointed out that the Kitex Group must have seen Tamil Nadu Finance Minister’s must have got frightened to invest in the state after seeing his recent speeches..

Another user said taking a jibe at DMK Electricity Minister Senthil Balaji said that if squirrels can manage to cut power, it won’t take a minute to tear away the textiles.
