The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unveiled its election manifesto, titled ‘Sankalp Patra’, for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The event was graced by the presence of notable figures including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and party President JP Nadda. During the manifesto release, Prime Minister Modi remarked on the auspiciousness of the occasion, coinciding with the celebration of New Year in several states and the observance of Ambedkar Jayanti. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh highlighted the significance of the BJP’s manifesto, likening it to the purity of ‘Modi ki Guarantee’, which he equated to 24-carat gold in Indian politics, asserting its superiority not only within India but also on a global scale.
