Scottish YouTuber Callum Mill With Whom ISI Agent Jyoti Malhotra Vlogged In Pakistan Reportedly In India On Tour

YouTuber With Whom Jyoti Malhotra Vlogged In Pakistan Reportedly In India Now

In a development that has triggered widespread scrutiny online, Scottish travel vlogger Callum Mill, known for his YouTube channel Callum Abroad, is in India on a tourist visa this year. The entry comes despite Mill’s documented links to Haryana-based YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, who was arrested in May 2025 on charges of spying for Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

Social media users raised concerns about Mill’s ongoing presence in India, pointing to his past association with Malhotra and the Pakistani sponsorship of his travels. Screenshots circulated online showed that several of his Pakistan videos were produced in collaboration with Swiftnine Ltd, a Lahore-based travel agency alleged to have links to Pakistan’s intelligence establishment.

The 2025 Pakistan Connection

Mill’s connection to Malhotra first surfaced in May 2025, when Indian media reported on a video showing the two meeting at Anarkali Bazaar in Lahore. The video, verified by NDTV, showed Malhotra walking through the market surrounded by at least six armed men carrying AK-47 rifles and wearing jackets labelled “No Fear.”

In the footage, Mill, who identified himself as a Scottish YouTuber, asked Malhotra about her visit to Pakistan. She confirmed it was her first time meeting him and described Pakistan’s hospitality as “great.” When Mill inquired why she was accompanied by armed escorts, he remarked on camera, “She’s the one with the guys, with all the security. Look at all the guns she’s got surrounding her — six gunmen surrounding her.”

Malhotra’s Arrest and Investigations

Jyoti Malhotra was arrested earlier this year by Indian authorities for allegedly passing sensitive information to Pakistan. Her digital devices were seized, and investigators are examining evidence of financial irregularities and suspicious foreign funding.

Police sources said Malhotra’s lavish lifestyle including first-class flights, luxury hotel stays, and high-end dining was inconsistent with her known income. Investigators believe she travelled to Pakistan on a sponsored trip, and later made a similar luxury visit to China, where she was again seen travelling in chauffeur-driven cars and visiting upscale jewellery outlets.

Concerns Over India’s Visa Screening

Mill’s recent arrival in India on a tourist visa has prompted public criticism of India’s visa vetting process. Commentators questioned how a foreign national with known links to an accused ISI agent and with visa sponsorship from a Pakistani firm was cleared for entry.

He has been badmouthing India in almost all his videos.

This has led to further questions about whether a tourist visa holder is permitted to make political commentary or refer to Jammu and Kashmir as “Indian-occupied Kashmir”, terminology often used in Pakistani propaganda.

Several users have called for the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on social media, urging authorities to investigate Mill’s activities, revoke his visa, and blacklist his passport. Some have described the episode as an intelligence lapse, given the existing red flags from his prior association with Malhotra and the sponsorship of his travels by a Pakistani agency.

At the time of publishing this article, there has been no official statement from the MEA, the Home Ministry, or Indian intelligence agencies regarding Mill’s visa status or his movements within India.
