Watch TN tea shop owner busting DMK’s propaganda on NEET

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated 11 new Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu yesterday through live video conferencing. Even as the PM finished his inauguration, TN Chief Minister, took his chance to appeal to the Central Government, against NEET for students of Tamil Nadu. Making an appeal CM Stalin said, “admission policy of Tamil Nadu plays an important role in our health infrastructure and to protect this, we have been continuously demanding exemption to Tamil Nadu from NEET. I appeal to the Union Government to consider our request favourably.”

The Dravidian parties of Tamil Nadu have been against this entrance exam, ever since it was made mandatory by the Supreme Court. However, there is also a claim that the locals of the state have an entirely contradicting and positive view about the NEET exam. BJP Media Spokesperson has shared a video on twitter, where a Tea shop owner hits the nail on the head about NEET. In the video, the tea shop owner says, “Try for medical seats when you ward starts 10th grade. If not, medical seats are very difficult for the poor here. Thanks to NEET, poor students are now able to get Medical seats.”

Sharing this video, SG Suryah said, “The understanding of this Tea shop owner about NEET is the understanding of all Tamilians. They will understand that parties like DMK are trying to falsely win over their ‘heart’ with the power of Media. BJP will continue spreading that NEET is good for people.” Check out the tweet here:
