Mountains or beachers – newlyweds usually go on honeymoon trips to enjoy and have the time of their lives. But this newlywed couple from Karnataka cancelled their honeymoon trip and plunged into cleaning the beach.
Anudeep hails from Byndoor in Karnataka. A digital marketer by profession, he is also a nature lover. After the wedding, he and his wife Minusha instead of planning for a honeymoon went about cleaning the Someshwara Beach in Byndoor which had turned into a garbage dump with loads of plastics and bottles lying around.

“As me & my better half @minukan continue in this journey, we made new friends. It’s amazing to see how people want to join hands and contribute. More then 500 kgs of waste has been removed off the Someshwara Beach. As we are getting closer to our goal of clearing this stretch, I’m only getting more impatient to see this happen. Few more days to go.”, Anudeep wrote in his Instagram profile.
With their act coming to light, the couple garnered the attention of both local and international media.
