Testimony To Dravidian Model Of Tamil Development? DMK Min Makes Spelling Mistake On A Simple Tamil Word At Govt Primary School

DMK Minister Tha Mo Anbarasan, who handles the portfolio of Mico, Small & Medium Enterprises was caught making a spelling mistake over a simple Tamil word.

The DMK Minister was in Mambakkam village of Chengalpattu district where he inaugurated a digital classroom at the Mambakkam Panchayat Union Primary School.

During the inauguration, the DMK minister tried to write the word Vaazhthhugal (வாழ்த்துகள்) which means “congratulations” or “greetings”, on the digital smart board.

However, instead of writing it as வாழ்த்துகள், the DMK Minister made a spelling error and instead wrote வாழ்துகள் leaving the த் in between, going by the sound of every day usage of the word.

Later, the DMK Minister was found writing the correct spelling.

The DMK which often cries foul making baseless allegations of ‘Hindi imposition’, finds itself at an embarrassing situation where even a sitting Minister of the party is unable to spell a simple Tamil word.

Many on social media trolled the DMK Minister asking if this is the ‘Dravidian Model’ of Tamil development.

It is worth mentioning that a few days ago, the same DMK Minister had addressed BJP Tamil Nadu President K. Annamalai in a derogatory manner, referring to him as a ‘dog’.
