School in Telangana humiliates Hindu students, tells them to convert to Christianity to get gifts from US

In the Indian state of Telangana, another case of Christian proselytisation has come to light where a teacher named K Ratnam who teaches math at ZPHS Govt School told his students, to convert to Christianity to get gifts and money from the US.

According to Legal Rights Protection Forum, the school also categorised all the students on the basis of caste and imposed corporal punishment, “by forcing students to touch the feet of other students for petty issues occurred among students in the past, thereby causing harm to their dignity.

The school teacher also forced the students to remove the images of Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge for Hindus from the walls of the classroom. The teacher had even used unparliamentary language while addressing the mothers of the students.

As per reports, the police have registered an FIR under Section 295-A of IPC. However, other provisions of the IPC and Juvenile Justice Act that are relevant to the crime are not included in FIR.
