The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has decided to spearhead a nationwide campaign calling for the boycott of Chinese products. So far, only its affiliated organizations like Swadeshi Jagran Manch have been vocal about it.
The decision was taken after the 3-day long meeting attended by Suresh ”Bhaiyyaji” Joshi, Dattatreya Hosabale, Dr Krishna Gopal, Suresh Soni, Ramesh Pappa, Ram Lal, Arun Kumar, Sunil Ambekar, Narendra Kumar among others that concluded on Monday. RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat did not attend the meeting.
During the meeting the recent India-China border faceoff, the government’s response and the public stance on the matter was discussed at length.
The RSS paid homage to 20 Indian soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice during the violent clashes that happened on the intervening night of June 15 and 16.
