In Rae Bareli, the parliamentary constituency of Congress interim President Sonia Gandhi, saw ‘missing’ posters cropping up which questioned the absence of the Congress leader in her constituency in times of crisis.
The poster titled “Chitthi na koi sandesh” (no letter no message) took a dig at the Congress symbol and Sonia Gandhi saying “Tumhara haath, nahin hamare saath” (your ‘hand’ is not with us).
It is not clear as to who put the posters but Congress has alleged that political rivals are using the opportunity to settle scores.
Congress district president Pankaj Kumar demanded action against those who had put up the posters.
