WhatsApp has been coming out with new features. Recently, it had released animated stickers to make conversations more fun and interactive for users.
The new update will let users to add contact through QR and will also have dark mode for its web and desktop platforms, as announced by the company.
It said in a blog post, “While our focus remains to provide a simple, reliable, and private way for people to chat with friends and family-we also continue to push forward our product design to make sure WhatsApp remains the most useful way for anyone, anywhere to connect.”
Users can now scane the QR code to add contact and need go through the phone to save contacts
WhatsApp has also added a video icon in group chats of 8 or less. As of now, 8 people can be included in a video call.
Facebook-owned messaging service said that new features will come out in the next few weeks.
