One of the most disgusting things that Atishi Marlena’s mother, Tripta Wahi, did was being the convener of the committee that wanted Afzal Guru to be free of charge & Vijay Singh was a member, too. Along with many liberals, they signed this mercy petition to the President of India, which seeks to set aside the punishment given to terrorist Afzal Guru. Condemning Judiciary For Afzal Guru Hanging
A year after the hanging of Afzal Guru, Tripta Wahi at a public meeting, said “Even the judiciary failed us on which we always believed. Every democratic institution failed us. After the attack, suddenly Indian nationalism and Hindu Nationalism got together and made it impossible for any human rights’ voices to be heard.”
“Equally Disturbed” By Pakistani Soldiers Dying On Border
In 2016, Tripta Wahi told news magazine Frontline when she was asked what she thought of soldiers dying in Siachen Glacier, she said: “Yes, it disturbs me very much. But I get equally disturbed by Pakistani soldiers dying on the border.”
Soldiers Are Paid To Die
Tripta Wahi’s colleagues disclosed that at the time of the Kargil war, she had refused to donate money for the soldiers killed or maimed in the conflict. “Why do we need to pay them? These soldiers are paid to die,” she had remarked.
Radical Notes On Maoist Resistance To Oppose Indian ‘Hegemony’ In Nepal
In 2008, Vijay Singh, berated RAW and Indian officials, saying that they were interfering with the working of Nepal. He remarked, “Finally the role of Hindu fascist forces such as Yogi Adityanath in fomenting trouble inside Nepal by organizing a conference in December 2006 of Vishwa Hindu Sangam in support of the Hindi king shows how precarious the situation has turned for the Nepalese people.”

With the genes of such incredible parents, Atishi Marlena is sure to be quite revolutionary herself. After all, given her parents’ communist links, her name is believed to be derived from famous communists Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin.
Vote For Goons/Gundas
This is not all — her political statements seem to show anarchic ideology. In 2019 she said it is better to vote for goons/gundas than a competent candidate.
At a public meeting at Tikona Park in 2019, Atishi Marlena urged voters to support the SP-BSP alliance in Uttar Pradesh as the only viable option to defeat the BJP. She suggested that even if the alliance’s candidates had criminal backgrounds, voting for them was preferable to allowing the saffron party to win.
She allegedly said, “It is our responsibility to vote for such a candidate/party that can defeat BJP. No single party in the country can defeat the BJP alone. There are regional parties that are fighting against BJP in several states. In UP, only the SP-BSP collation can defeat the BJP. So if, one should vote for the alliance no matter how the candidate is. If the candidate is a goonda, still, we have to vote for the candidate to defeat BJP,”
Defaming India Abroad
If you thought Rahul Gandhi defamed India abroad, think again. Marlena did it first.
In 2023, at the Cambridge India Conference in the UK, Atishi said that India may be the fastest-growing G20 economy, with a 3.5 trillion economy, but its condition is worse than Sri Lanka’s.
She said, “Although we are often told that India’s GDP has crossed the $3.5 trillion mark and it is the fastest-growing G20 economy… one key indicator of the country’s situation is the Human Development Index, where India ranks 132 out of 191 countries. Several smaller countries such as Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, have higher ranks in this index.”

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal calls Marlena a “puppet” CM. Given her past statements and family history of love for terrorists and radicals, it seems quite clear that Marlena will not likely be a puppet CM, and Delhi will see some very drastic changes in the near future.
