Instagram has announced to roll out ‘food order’ stickers in India that would support the small food businesses running in the country.
The report from the Mashable said that this new sticker will try and help small businesses related to food industry to be in touch with their respective customers and the customers would be able to support their favorite businesses too.
This special feature was first launched in the US and Canada in the month of April and is being rolled out in India. When an Instagram user taps on the sticker, they will be taken to Swiggy and Zomato, so that they can place their orders there. Instagram is extending its support to small vendors and businessmen to come out of the losses incurred by them during the lockdown. With many small food enterprises adapting for a post-COVID19, this feature is set to give these small businesses the push they need.
