A chilling wave of violence has gripped Nattangudi, a small village in Tamil Nadu’s Sivaganga district, following a series of brutal murders that have left the local community deeply shaken.
The fear began to spread after Sonai Muthu, a resident of the village, was found beheaded under mysterious circumstances. His shocking death appears to be part of a disturbing pattern of killings, sparking widespread panic.
Nattangudi, home to around 50 families and already struggling with the lack of even basic amenities, has now become a ghost village. Fearing for their lives, residents fled en masse overnight, abandoning their homes and livelihoods. As per current reports, only one elderly man remains in the otherwise deserted settlement.
The scale and brutality of the crimes have sent shockwaves through the region, prompting the local police to launch an intensified investigation into the murders and the circumstances surrounding them.
