The video of DMK cadres stealing electricity from public electric poles to power high-intensity welcome lights went viral on social media.
At a time, when people are experiencing power outages across Tamil Nadu, the DMK’s reckless stealing of electricity to welcome Udayanidhi has sparked public outrage.
Social activists and local residents also lament that the DMK’s power theft activities have gone unnoticed by electricity board employees.
