The launch event of “Modi & India: 2024 and the Battle for Bharat” book by SMaRT concluded successfully on 16 March 2024, in Alwarpet, Chennai. The event featured distinguished personalities such as S Gurumurthy, Chief Editor of Thuglaq, as the chief guest, and Dr. Anand Ranganathan, a renowned orator, scientist, and author, as the special guest.

During the launch, Gurumurthy, Chief Editor of Thuglaq, who unveiled the book, emphasized the significant role of the RSS in safeguarding India’s culture and tradition over the past century, culminating in the success of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership over the last decade. He expressed confidence in Modi’s ability to secure a third term as Prime Minister, citing his widespread appeal among the Indian populace.
Rahul Shivshankar, the author of Modi & India: 2024 and the Battle for Bharat, highlighted the relentless efforts of leftist and liberal factions to undermine Modi’s leadership, emphasizing Modi’s emergence as a celebrated leader who has transformed India’s landscape through his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat and subsequently as Prime Minister. Further commenting he said “Prime Minister Modi is sure to win the Lok Sabha elections for the third time and achieve a ‘hat-trick’ record,”
Anand Ranganathan, scientist, and author, underscored Prime Minister Modi’s achievements over the past decade, including initiatives such as universal toilet access, free cooking gas connections for millions of families, and the Ayushman Bharat medical insurance scheme. Ranganathan expressed certainty in Modi’s electoral victory for a third consecutive term, foreseeing a historic “hat-trick” record.
