In the footage, one of the youths confronts a traffic officer, claiming, “Who are you? I am Kanimozhi ma’am’s PA’s younger brother. You can speak to him.” He further alleges that the police were misusing his phone and demands its return, stating, “I can prove it. But my phone is not with me. Give me my phone.” Despite the police asking him to apologize for his behavior if he wanted his phone back, his friends attempted to restrain him, insisting that they had done nothing wrong.
