Just two days after the top military commanders met to resolve the month-long stand-off, the Chinese Army has increased the operation of helicopters on their side of the border near eastern Ladakh.
Chinese army has heightened its activity along the border for the past 10 days. Multiple reports mentioned that Chinese helicopters are flying close to the LAC (Line of Actual Control) to maintain supply lines for its soldiers who are mobilised as a part of standoff with India .
Indian army has equally heightened it’s vigil and deployment along LAC as China has mobilised fighter aircrafts and towed artillery guns along the LAC. Sources, say that 10-12 Chinese fighter aircraft have been stationed at the Chinese Air Force bases in Hotan and Gargunsa — close to the Eastern Ladakh area.
The ongoing military standoff between two powers is the biggest face-off after the Doklam episode in 2017.
